BaggageTAXI Reviews

This company and its team provide a fantastic service. We needed to store our luggage in Dubai for a couple of days whilst out of the country and were recommended this company. It was very easy and quick to obtain a quote and the cost was reasonable. Our luggage was collected and delivered, as arranged. We recieved excellent communication on the inventory and status of our luggage. The responsiveness to queries was excellent. I have been very impressed with the service provided and our experience with this company. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them highly.

I used Baggage taxi while in Dubai after spending a few days before proceeding to Europe.. I would definitely recommend this service so you save on additional luggage fees on smaller flights.

I was able to communicate with them seamlessly on WhatsApp and their handler Abdul was very responsive and patient.

Understanding, friendliness, support, swiftness of service, professionalism, just all round great to deal with.

I have never used this service before and booked it 20 minutes before pickup, the driver was very professional and polite. My luggage arrived on time at the airport making the whole experience stress free, the communication was fantastic throughout the day I would highly recommend this service.

Very good service, quick and efficient

Professionals, collection and delivery on time! Highly recommended

Was truly exceptional from start to finish. Seamless, flexible and accommodating in tricky times.! Would recommend without reservation.

We booked collection for lots of baggage in Abu Dhabi, to be delivered to Dubai airport the following morning. This was the first time we’ve used the service and we will definitely use again! On time collection and arrival; all bags were security tagged on collection, and tags removed in front of us at airport. Friendly and professional service and very responsive on Whatsapp too!

Amazing service, pro-active, professional and considerate.

It was an amazing experience !!
On time & flexible 🤍

Initially I was impressed with the service I've received upon booking.

However due to the conflict, we cancelled our trip and requested a refund which BaggageTaxi agreed. I've been waiting for over two months for a refund. Each time I check for updates, I keep getting told to wait.

Always in touch and very quick to respond 👍🏻
Everything was smooth and easy.
Great service — I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Very responsive to questions. They do what they say. Friendly, prompt service.

Service was super timely with great comms

I would absolutely use again and recommend to anyone. It really helped us enjoy our last day of holiday with ease.

I’ll be trying this out in the UK!

Very nice experience and customer service. Easy to book via the app (find the app it’s better than the site). Very responsive customer service and tracking via WhatsApp throughout the order from drop off to pick up. Pleased with how smooth it went and really recommend to anyone travelling with bags and looking to make departure day more pleasant.

Extremely professional and totally reliable. An excellent service was provided from start to finish.

Amazing service from hassle free online booking right through to dropping off baggage to it being safely delivered to our apartment in downtown Dubai. Lady on the desk at Port Rashid was so friendly and accommodating and told us if we needed our baggage any earlier to just drop a message and they would what they could to help and literally within 20mins of me messaging it was delivered by a very pleasant helpful driver who greeted me by name which was very good to have that personal touch, scanned all the cases off the van one by one took the pin number supplied to me to confirm who I was and wished me a good day and went on to his next drop. What amazing fantastic service, I have never had service like that at home. Brilliant and not over priced at all. We will highly recommend to all our family friends etc to look out for Baggage Taxi wherever they may travel to. Simple Idea to a sometimes awkward situation. 10/10 from me!

Convenient service. Took my luggage from the cruise terminal and brought it to the plane in the evening. We were able to walk around Dubai light.

A service at the top! Very reactive and replying very quickly. All my recommendations!!

It is really a wonderful Service , especially for the persons, such like us, finish from cruise in the morning, and fight is in the evening. With the baggage taxi service, we can enjoy the Dubai city tour without any luggage, perfect experience. Thank you!
