BaggageTAXI Reviews

We finish our cruise and our flight was at night, so we got whole day to visit Dubai. There was a problem with our baggage, we didn’t know where to keep them. We found this Taxi baggage service and booked it online which is very convenient. They came on time and picked up then delivered to airport at night. Service was very good, we liked everything. Thanks to this baggage service we were able to visit Dubai more.

This service is excellent and exactly what I needed to move from apartment to another, with a holiday in between!

I was able to easily book through the app, the customer service team is prompt in supporting to confirm dates, address and timings, and all my belongings were handled safely and smoothly. Thanks so much will use this again!

I like this service. Thanks.

Great service, very well organized, and respectful of time. Thank you.

Great and trusted company. They takes very good of my luggages.

On-time service. I was questioning it because this was the first time I was using it. Amazing trusting.

Great communication, efficient company and hassle free.

This service was so convenient. I think I'll use it again next time I come to Dubai. I'm so happy that the response is fast. The drivers are kind, too. Thank you.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Very efficient and friendly staff

Great and top Service - easy to book, very nice and friendly people, Baggage delivery super punctual, even better than a Swiss Train 👌👍 will use BaggageTAXI definitely again when visiting Dubai - great job

I used BuggageTaxi after being told my luggage would arrive 35–40 minutes before my pickup time. Instead, the driver arrived almost 10 minutes late. This caused me to miss my fast-track airport slot, lose 100 AED, and go through the normal, significantly slower airport process.

When I contacted the company, there was no timely follow-up and no apology initially.

What concerned me most was being told that a refund had already been processed before I even raised the complaint. They stated the refund was issued at 1:18 PM local time, while I raised the issue at 5:09 PM the same day. I never received any refund for the late delivery, and the refund amount was never clearly confirmed. This indicates either serious internal failures or inaccurate information being communicated to customers.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this service if you value your time.

Very efficient and courteous service. Highly recommended

What a nice service. Fast and always in time. I made even changes in the same day of drop off bags for time and place and they made changes immediately. Fantastic. Recommend to everyone

The best Baggage taxi in Dubai! Excellent communication, friendly staff and very helpful. Clear information and on time. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, the whole team was extremely patient and kind and they follow you for the whole process with the WhatsApp service. I would recommend to everyone to use it, they are extremely reliable.

Friendly staff, explained process and cost very clearly.
Luggage delivered safely and on time. Gave us the freedom to spend the day sightseeing without worrying about our luggage. Highly recommended

Baggage Taxi provided a great service in Dubai. The handlers were very polite and professional. I had to change the delivery location and it was no so easy to do. The handler was early for pick up and delivery. I shared information to my travel groups and will be using service in the future.

Fantastic Service.
