I have been dealing with Aidan through out the process and I have to say the service is excellent. Everything is explained and detailed. The whole experience was friendly and professional.

What made my experience great was mainly talking to Aidan. We had a very constructive chat about my previous pension. I had a masssive problem to transfer founds saved for my retirement to current employer. After 8 months of struggle with Irish Life, I nearly gave up untill I met Aidan. He assured me that he had similar cases before and all were closed successfully. I was delighted to see that his efforts were genuine. I can't emphasise enough , how hard Aidan & his team worked for me, to cash in a pension I had over 20 years ago with a company that ceased trading in 2006. I did not know the name of the Pension Company, had no paperwork and only knew it was arranged by the Local Bank Branch.Aidan was able to find the poicy and confirm a value and successfully get it cashed in. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and every e mail & phone call was responsed to promptly and efficiently. If you find yourself in a similar situation, this is the company to turn to, no doubt of that.

I dealt with Aidan while setting up mortgage protection. The service was exemplary , Aidan was so professional and very easy to deal with. He made sure I understood every thing he was explaining and why certain things were done certain ways.
