I was so well looked after by Adian and the the people involved I'm not the best with all that goes on the online application but I was taken through it step by step and eventually got there yayyyyyy. Patience by all involved I'm sure but we'll satisfied with the outcome so big thank you to Adian especially and all involved not really sure of my dates but it was all my fault for dragging my heels but as I said before they have great patience

I contacted New Alliance about my old workplace pension that I wanted a cash settlement applied for as I tried myself and was offered pitence for.
I cannot rate New Alliance and Aidan Whelan high enough he was just brilliant !
And my experience dealing with Aidan Whelan from start to finish was top draw so professional and always updating me how my case was progressing.
He realised a excellent settlement amout that I am still amazed at several weeks later!

Guys, if you have money lying in a pension my advice is get in touch with Aidan! I had a few grand in a pension that I didn’t know I could access and Aidan had for me within six weeks. A brilliant service the whole way through. Really professional trustworthy people.

I contacted Zach with just a general enquiry about an old pension. I was looking for advice on what my options were and Zach was just amazing with his help and support. Pensions and financial technicalities in general were always something that I could never fully grasp but Zach was an absolute gentleman and took the time to break everything down in terms and language that I could understand and was brilliant in guiding me through the whole process. I dealt with Zach Scannell regarding my pension. Zach was so helpful, he listened to me. Gave me great advice and importantly spoke in ‘layman’s terms’ and didn’t make me feel silly with some of my questions asked, i would highly recommend Zach.

I dealt with Zach in New Alliance with my Eircom pension and transferring my UK pension back to Ireland, investment and retirement planning. He clearly explained everything to me, went over my income, the investment all explained very clearly and laid out with charts.

I did not know I could claim the UK state penion, but thanks to Zachs advice I am buying back and claiming years.

It has given me clarity and relief in relation to my retirement.
