I just received my 1999 Louis Vuitton Alma PM from Ana and Seth, and I am absolutely in love and obsessed! The bag is stunning, and the quality is immaculate for a vintage piece. I really appreciated the beautifully packaged delivery — it arrived the very next day after it was shipped. Seth and Ana even included a handwritten note and a thoughtful little gift, a bag holder, which made the experience so special. Everything about this purchase, from the bag itself to the personal touches, was perfect. I couldn’t be happier and i will be most definitely will be purchasing again soon!

Ana sourced a specific bag I was after and remembered me when she got hold of it. It was hard for me get it from a boutique directly, let alone a trust worthy seller - but I really wanted it. I can confidently say it’s rare to find a seller who directly answers your questions/doubts etc. Usually you just see a company selling it and hope for the best via the details on the site, which is something I wasn’t comfortable with especially being so new to preloved. I’m extremely wary of legitimacy. I was still quite nervous, but Ana answered everything I wanted to know and to top it off, got me the 3rd party, objective authentication and certificate with my purchase for a peace of mind. This is something you can also go on the authenticators website and double check their records directly. I can safely say that while I am usually someone who buys directly from brands, Ana is the only person I would ever use and recommend to anyone on the lookout for a hard to find bag, vintage bag or simply a preloved bag for price point reasons. Especially, if you are looking for a personalised service.

How business’s should work!

I recently purchased 2 of the handbag hangers for my wife and a friend for an upcoming holiday. On placing the order I realised that the standard delivery time would have been too late for them to arrive before we went away (schoolboy error on my behalf).
I reached out to Bagchase via their contact page and asked if they were able to ship the items sooner even if it cost me a little extra. The reply was not only swift, but it was personal, extremely helpful, polite, and vey professional. Not only did the owner answer the query whilst being away for the weekend, but she immediately promised that they would be despatched the next working day and that they would arrive in good time at no extra cost.
They arrived 3 days before we go away, very well packaged and with a hand written note from Ana, the owner….perfect!

It has been a real pleasure dealing with Bagchase and Ana and, I cannot recommend them as a business enough. The bag hangers themselves are well made and probably under their true price point in my opinion, so buy them for the women in your life, they’ll love them.
