This place is a scam. They take your money and you never hear from them again. Ignoring emails, Instagram DMs, Facebook messages and even deleting comments on their post.
Thankfully getting a refund from PayPal so not all is lost.

Always shopping from Bahirah. My sisters and I love their clothing and the quality is sooo good. Never had any problems with them. Thank you very much for your service :)

I ORDERED A SUIT FROM JAZMIN COLLECTION AND ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS NOW NO SUIT THEY STOLE MY 180$. NO REFUND AND NO ANSWER TO MY MANY MANY EMAILS. WHY CANT THEY SHUT THIS OPERATION OF SCAMMMING THOUSANDS of people from 100s of thousands SO mad OFF AND HOPE YOU GUYS ROT IN HELL FOR TAKING MONEY AND RUINING MY RAMAZAN EID AND GIVING ME HOPE AND NOW STEALING MONEY FROM ME.I have 3 kids and you guys cheated my kids from stealing from me.

As the previous reviews, I ordered an outfit from the Flossie collection around mid June and now it is August. It is stated that it usually takes about 6-8 weeks to be sent out but there are no updates from the company besides the confirmation email. I've been trying to get in contact with them via email and their instagram, asking for a refund. Hopefully it won't be £110 down the drain.

Ordered an item over 8 weeks ago, still haven’t received it. I have sent numerous emails no one has responded to me. Their phone number is inactive. How unprofessional and fraudulent.

Absolutely rubbish company and what I'd recommend is you complain to companies house as they are a registered company and we get them shut down as they have been scamming too many people for too long. Company number is 09840326

What an horrible experience I have had. It has been almost 4 months that I made a purchase and still didn’t receive the dress. I have been seeking a refund which doesn’t seem to be coming. Absolutely a nightmare getting a response back from them.
Warning others before you make purchases after seeing the models in the Instagram and website. What a waste of money!

I ordered my dresses before Eid and have still not recieved my items. They were initially responsive to emails however have now stopped responding on all forms of communication (emails and dms). I have no idea what to do now. These dresses weren't cheap and it's causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I would recommend purchasing the same dresses from other websites, even if they're more expensive because you can't put a price on peace of mind.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They take your money and do not post out your item. No response to emails or dms on insta. They then block you when you say you will take it further. I had to go through my bank for a refund. Disgusting company. Should be shut down!

I never really wear asian clothing but I needed an outfit for my friends wedding. So I came across Bahirah on Instagram and their clothes looked different to what I have seen elsewhere. I fell in love with their Sampann 5306 and it’s ever so stunning in real!! I got so many compliments. I now know where to shop from when I need an outfit. Thank you xxxx

NEVER EVER Ever buy from this company. They are nothing but scammers. When you message them before the purchase they would reply you back within a sec and once you made the purchase and dont receive it within timescale they wouldn't bother replying. They took my money and never sent me the dress. Luckily i paid by PayPal so they are dealing with them to get my money back. I request whoever read these reviews not to waste your time and money with them.

I have been trying to get in contact with them to get a refund on a dress that I ordered 2 months ago, that I did not receive, and no reply from them. Not only that I tried getting their attention on Instagram and they kept deleting my comments. This is the worst website to order from and they have no customer service. Please do your research before you buy from websites, because of bahirahs large number of followers I assumed it was going to be good, but I was clearly wrong and should've done more research.

I had ordered them last minute as the previous company let me down so I emailed them and asked which outfits I could have delivered ASAP and luckily I managed to find some which were more of my style. Within 3 weeks I had my order and omg my suits are AMAZING. The quality and work on the anarkalis is beautiful. It does require a little fitting but overall I’m very happy with my purchase. Il be using your services again!

I love that you have added Pakistani brands to your site now! I had such a hard time deciding which one to go for! I chose the Jazmin Iris and I must say it is BEAUTIFUL! It's an absolute delight to sit back home and shop for reasonably priced designer outfits that looks so damn good. You guys have always made shopping easy for me. I was told delivery would take 2 weeks but I received mine within 3 days! Thank You Again

Their customer service is absolutely non existent .
Please save yourself the hassle and do not order from them. I ordered an outfit in September and silk haven’t received it, I emailed about it with no replies (surprise surprise) I then DM them on Instagram more than once and no replies. Only when I started telling them how it was under their pictures on their Instagram they deleted my comments at first but when I kept commenting they emailed me straight away (to keep me quiet I assume) and said my outfit would be sent out before the weds coming - it was Friday by now. So I waited for another email to confirm it was being sent out as it was for a family wedding I wanted to attend that week. I needed to know if it would come in time or else I could go out and buy a replacement outfit. Nothing no replies once again but this time they had disabled comments on their pictures on insta meaning really there’s no way to contact them and they kept ignoring emails and DMs. I tried to ring their number which btw is a faulty number. No luck. So finally I resorted to making my Instagram profile public and tagging them in my story where I exposed what they’ve been doing to other customers and to me and within minutes I had received a refund and all of a sudden I got a reply in my DMs. I wonder why they acted so fast then but when it was a private matter they isn’t care. So not only do they have rubbish customer service, they’re morally corrupt- only caring once they’re exposed and otherwise basically stealing. Please if you want a response I would recommend you start outing them
All over your Instagram page and @ them in it. You might just get a reply. Scam artists

HORRIBLE customer service. It has been over two months since I have placed my order with NO tracking information still. They emailed me a month after to apologize and let me know that a member in their family has passed away and this was the reason for the delay and gave me a coupon code to use for next time. I understood and they stated I would receiving tracking information end of the week (this was a month ago). Still NOTHING. This is ridiculous. I ordered 4 Eid dresses for my family. Completely unprofessional!!
