The best clothes ever - attention to detail is fantastic on my dress but delivery can be improved

I am willing to bet everything that 99% of the positive reviews on here are lies. Please stay away they are still scamming and stealing from their customers. They need to fear God.

Glad I ordered my Eid outfit in advance this year. Stunnin designs. Sizing is perfect, love the little details on the outfit. So pretty ... Thank you for keeping me updated through out

They were pretty responsive to my needs in the beginning but when it came down to shipping and delivery, bahirah literally ghosted me and basically what happened to the reviewers who’ve been giving this company 1 star reviews. I received a shipping email, after reaching out through email and dms, but they didn’t include a tracking number LOL so they probs haven’t sent it. Super disappointed and will definitely not use them again as they seem to be more responsive to people who have a higher follower count on Instagram. Sad I won’t be able to wear the beautiful outfit I ordered but more furious and disgusted by their customer service. Don’t ever ever buy from here.

I have yet to receive my order or hear from Bahirah—a truly disgusting/disappointing experience. They obviously have an extremely bad work ethic and are a scam. I ended up placing a dispute with my credit card to receive my money back. Pls don’t waste your time on this horrible company.

I've actually ordered from these guys on 4 different occasions and have received my items but on this occasion I've had the worst experience ever! Ordered beginning of October and still no sign of my order!! What's sad is that I reach out to these guys giving them a chance to resolve the issue, and I just get ignored, blanked and disregarded. Tried reaching out SEVERAL TIMES with no response. The bank is now dealing with this dishonest company! I would stay clear. On this occasion I was unlucky and it isn't worth the risk. I would give zero but wanted to warn people about this place!

Delivery is something that needs to be improved but clothing is beautiful good quality and original products. I’m always shoppin online and have been conned by other retailers claiming their products are original but when receiving them they are so badly tailored and threads are all coming undone but My order with bahirah is definitely Original and worth the price tag thank u

My experience is very similar to that of other reviewers leaving them 1 star reviews.

Little to no communication unless I posted publicly on their Instagram feed.

It's been 8 weeks since I placed my order and they only responded to my query once I started to respond to others in their Instagram comments advising them to avoid buying.

At this point I recieved an email to say I would get a refund and another email minutes later to say my order would be dispatched soon.

I spent a full day asking for clarification and recieved nothing until I posted publicly with screenshots from other trustpilot reviews.

They told me my refund has been processed but I won't believe them until the money is in my bank.

More infuriatingly though I needed the order for a wedding. If they had told me in time that they couldn't fulfill my order and refunded me, I could have placed another order elsewhere. It's too late now. I'm simply left in the lurch.

And how dare they simply refund without any explanation or apology. I needed my outfit.

I bought matching accessories for that outfit which I can no longer refund. The stress and anxiety this has caused has been unreal.

Truly a horrific experience and I have bought from other online retailers who have been amazing.

Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

To sum up, terrible service, terrible communication, phone number doesn't work and they simply don't care.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I’m almost positive that the good reviews are FAKE. They do not respond to any emails, dms, and will even delete comments on their Instagram to avoid you. Worst experience ever.

Horrible service, very unprofessional, no replies, I have ordered 2 dresses still have not received 1 after 8 months. All positive reviews I am sure are fake.

This company is the most untrustworthy business I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered three dresses costing over $300 on 10/14/19, and I have YET to receive any official updates on whether these dresses are in fact being stitched or delivered to me. I have read several other reviews from customers who have either never received their orders or got them very late and incomplete. I still have no assurance that I will ever receive my dresses. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a dress on 14th July and I still haven't received the item. No word of when I will receive my item either. I have asked for a refund multiple times DO NOT use this company @bahirahofficial @bahirahpc

A friend recommended Bahirah to me as their tailoring is very good so I decided to order a stitched outfit to check for myself and I have to say their tailoring quality is by far amazing, so neat and tidy and they even add the jazzy stuff which I love.
