This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I received the product, but then tried to get a refund becuase I was not satisfied (which they say they have 100% money back gaurantee). Then, the next day they automatically charged me a fee of $127 for a 'membership' that I did not sign up for. If I inadvertently did, it was not made clear. There is no way to cancel anything. They have a refund form and support email address, but they do not respond. They have a 'chat' as well, but I did not get a response there either. I had to cancel my credit card and will be filing fraudulent charges against them.

I ordered the book and received it in just a few days

I ordered the book and received it in just a few days. I tried the suggestions for baking and it did make a difference. I had a cinnamon roll mix that I made and added psyllium powder to the dough and they turned out so good I’m excited to try the suggestions for baking bread.

I had tried other recipes and they didn’t work. I appreciate the science behind each substitution for the elements of wheat/gluten. I also appreciate not having to try to figure it out myself because that would never happen!

I have recently had to go gluten free &…

I have recently had to go gluten free & am missing so many foods! I have never been afraid of baking for special needs since I have 2 children with food allergies. However, some of my attempts at gluten free baking have been disappointing. It is game changing to learn what ingredients are necessary for successful bakes as well as what their purposes are. Looking forward to all of the yummy things I can enjoy again!

Great recipes and super helpful toolkit!

Bought the toolkit and recipe vault and could not be happier with them! The toolkit is helpful and has a ton of great info that helps me with familiar and new recipes. The recipe vault has become a go-to source for me when I want something that I know will work. I would like to see a few more pictures in the vault of different steps in the recipes but overall its great. Highly recommend!
