Great whilst they lasted. Unfortunately snapped after less than a year of use. We ride twice a week, so not tirelessly used. (The leather is still stiff and looks new) Because they’re part of the reins it now means we cannot use them and there are no replacement parts available.

Just under one year ago I purchased my daughter a set of the balance reins, the reins themselves as a design are amazing, and have helped tremendously with her year of riding with her first pony.
However, at Junior Pony Club Camp recently one of the clips failed on the first day, which makes them unusable.
This is where the company lets themselves down, despite emailing, there has been no response from the Company at all as to whether there is anything they can do.
Very disappointed, the reins are not cheap, my granddaughter doesn’t ride every day so the reins cannot be considered over used, and they have been well looked after.

These are great, they’re really helping my daughter to ride. Thanks!

I bought these balance support reins for my 4-year-old daughter and her pony, and I’m so pleased with them. They’ve been brilliant for helping her feel more secure and confident in the saddle without restricting her movement. The quality is excellent and they’re easy to use. I was also really impressed that they arrived the very next day — such great service! Would definitely recommend to other parents with young riders.

Excellent quality and service.
Ordered and arrived the next day, unfortunately the first set were too small so after speaking with Krissy ordered the XL pony which are a perfect fit. Daughter had her first lesson with the new reins and her balance and riding was superb.
Would definitely recommend!

Great product, lovely quality too - my daughters cheeky little rein snatching pony no longer has the grace ! These reins have enabled her to come off the lead rein with confidence.

Next day delivery was asked for and delivered.

Super happy, wouldn't go without them from here on in.
