AVOID!!! TOOK MY MONEY NEVER SENT THE PRODUCT.WHAT A MESSER!!

Had to nag and nag and nag to receive my custom made magnets for my horse. All in all it took just over 2 months. £120 down the drain - I know for a fact that at the time this happened at least 5 other people were in the same boat. The owner of this company even went so far as to deactivate her company Facebook page for a while as she was getting so many bad reviews. When the product did eventually arrive, it was awful. Didn't fit despite giving exact measurements and lots of communication. The stitching and quality was awful. Didn't bother trying to get a refund as wasted enough time with this company. Avoid if you don't want to waste money and time

Apparently you’re only allowed to post good reviews. Now accusing me of bullying ? Everything I’ve said is can be substantiated in writing. Go ahead take legal action “threatening behaviour now.” I haven’t been rude or vexatious you have!

But also I’ve paid for something I don’t have requested answers and met with aggressive rude e mails. (I’m clearly not alone reading the reviews) I did put my new address on the details. (Why wouldn’t I ) ?? What a horrible obnoxious company. For some reason they sent the item to my old address which hasn’t happened since we moved. All I got was one word rude answers when I messaged them.
The people at the old house say they haven’t got this item and I have no reason not to believe them they sent me a picture of something stuffed in the postbox of the old house . With the comment, “tell Karl I can see his post box.”
I still don’t have the item. I also don’t have my money back. I’m a loss to why it went to the wrong address. Nothing else has and all my sites have the new address.
I will be reporting them to trading standards and I will also ask Barclays to refund my money as I do not have the item . I also see on your fb page numerous unsatisfied orders

I've always been a believer in magnets but after using the Equine Patch on my pony who had a slightly swollen tendon the problem had vanished in three days. They are a high quality product so would highly recommend and David was excellent to deal with.
Don't compromise on cheaper items if you value your four legged friends health !!!!!

Avoid, dont buy from them. Item never recieved, comminication very poor. Still not refunded yet. Reported to police due to been a fraudster

By far the best magnetic company on the market. The girls are really helpful and informative. I have used a number of products from hock boots to splint bands and the results speak for themselves! Ill be honest my gut was telling me to use ice but I'm so so glad i listened and used these magnets! I know have a stash and the tackroom and wouldn't be without them. Keeping Team Heavy show ready!

Excellent customer service, giving me advice across the weekend. Very thorough in getting me to provide them with photos so that they could consult which magnet would be best for my mare, who has developed a splint by catching her leg. Thank you so much and will send the end result pics when i can

A great wee business that caters to your specific needs. They tailor make to your own measurements and can help with magnet placing as required. Both my horse and my dog along with my self all wear their magnetic products now :)
