I ordered this as a gift for my husband…
I ordered this as a gift for my husband to reveal where i was taking him for his birthday and when he opened the box 2 of the balloons were almost deflated so it wasn't much of a surprise. I also thought the balloons may have been inside another box within the delivery box to make it look a bit nicer considering the price for 3 balloons. I would not use this company again you can get cheaper and better quality elsewhere.

We do send the balloons out in a patterned delivery box which we feel is appropriate to receive as a gift. We do not mention anywhere on our website that the balloons would be in a box within this but we apologise if this was not made clear.
We’re sorry to hear that your balloons didn’t arrive in the condition they should have. We do ensure all our balloon gifts are in perfect condition before they leave our studios, but unfortunately due to the nature of helium balloons they are very occasionally damaged or deflate in transit, so please accept our sincerest apologies for this.
Unfortunately I cannot see that you have contacted us regarding this previously. I would welcome you to contact us on info@ballooninabox.co.uk with your order reference number 206174 so we can offer a resolution to this for you.
