Still waiting ...

I placed the order 2.5 weeks in advance of my best friend's birthday, paid the money and it wasn't long before I got a confirmation that the order had been "shipped". A link was provided to the Shop app to track the order. 2.5 weeks later, the day before my best friend's birthday and having chased twice for an update I'm still none the wiser about when or IF I'm actually going to get the £50 newspaper. Needless to say IF I do, it will now be too late for my friend's 60th birthday (thanks for that!). The Shop app just shows the order as "waiting for details" which isn't helpful. Laughably a fee of £1.99 for "package protection" was added to my bill without my agreement. Personally I won't be going anywhere near this website again.

Update, I’ve been asked to leave a review of the product that I have still yet to hear anything about. The shop app still shows as “waiting for details”. I’m yet to have a reply from anyone save some insincere placatory nonsense from an AI.

Having given up waiting for any form of reply by email I found the phone number hidden away at the bottom of the terms of service on their website. Predictably, that just rings out.

Atrocious customer support. 17 days to respond!

Then a miserly 10% discount to order again albeit way too late!

You would think a gifting company would be attentive to order errors and understand the urgency of corrective actions.

These people clearly do not care about their customers. Recommend you AVOID.

Easy to order and very prompt delivery of paper.

We received our paper promptly with care. They even went the extra mile to personalise a message to me and upgrade the delivery with no extra cost . Would definitely buy again in the future from them.

I ordered a personalised item and paid for delivery protection on the shipping. The item said it was delivered but it was not. I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with jonnyssister via their support email but I get zero response. This is not a legitimate website- do not order from here!!

I have a problem with my order item received scratched I have emailed several times no one has got back to me soo disappointed ☹️

Ever since the 30th of June I’ve been trying to confirm the details are correct on my order however all I keep getting in return is an AI response telling me to check the details below. I need to be told there are no details below but I still have to confirm that the details are correct. I have spent several hours trying to get through to someone who the AI say will be contacting me but they never do and as of today the 9th of July I still have had no plaque no response whatsoever from a human being. I’m beginning to believe this is a total scam.

Awful delivering system.
Ordered on 26/06 and still not arrived. Had to go through the whole long process of downloading the shop app in order to track parcels (which also has mandatory signing up via email which is have liked to opt out of without having to go through the whole settings process) only to be informed via the app it hasn’t even moved.

Much worse service than last time, the website didn't allow me to order so I had to do it manually which was far harder than it should have been. Then had to chase delivery of the product and when it arrived it was frankly stuffed in a bag rather than being in a nice presentation box like my previous order a few years ago.

Easy to navigate web site, swift delivery, good price.

I waited a long time for my item but when it arrived I was so pleased, my two granddaughter have one each.
They look great they are the perfect gift.

Great product! We got a blue plaque as a going away gift to a friend, who absolutely loved it. I was pleased with the quality and speed of production. The delivery service that was used was not reliable and changed delivery windows at least twice and we missed the gift at the going away gathering (that we were initially expecting to be able to make, though I did order at the last minute, initial delivery window was the day before, then the day of, but eventually it arrived the day afterwards and I had to bring it separately.) But that was not the fault of Jonny’s Sister.

Quality of the Tilly Pig was way below tgat expected. Half the paint on the red nose is missing and cracks are evident below the glaze.
I am trying to return the pig but your returns process is far from straight forward. I have emailed your customer service department (as directed to do for returns) but am yet to receive a response.
