Although the gift was received much later than intended, customer service was honest with the mistake and refunded me for it which was very nice and much appreciated.

Fast delivery, item as described, recipient was very excited about the balloons jumping out as soon as the box was opened.

Exceptional service and fast delivery - the balloons arrived the next day! The prices were very economical as well, and there are a variety of balloons to choose from. This is my second time ordering from Balloons in a Box, and I would gladly order from here again.

My experience with Balloons in a box was great. They delivered on time. My daughter was surprised. Thank you for making her birthday special.

I was expecting delivery on the 15th. I understand the note says earliest. I misunderstood. The balloons hit the dock at 10:30 am but were not delivered until after the recipient was released.

I wasn’t expecting him to be released. So disappointed

Customer Service has corrected the situation by refunding my money and apologizing. A very appropriate response to my complaint. I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the Company’s response although my friend was still disappointed.

I ordered 2 balloons and we got 5. They were only partially inflated. You sent chocolate which I didn’t order. The card was not signed with my name although the Website said to not include one’s name on the message as it will be included from a separate name field which I filled out. I asked for it to be delivered on Feb 13. It was delivered on Feb 14. Sorry to give you a bad review.

Sent this to my mom for her 70th and used the option to record a message. She LOVED it and was so excited about the brightly colored box. The balloons came out nicely and have nice long strings, attached inside the box so they didn’t fly away.

Very happy!

Arriving late at the day

The balloons were deflated and nothing like promised. They packaged the balloons in Colorado (which is at a higher altitude) and the destination was in Portland, OR. Hence, they were deflated.

They were delivered on time. Also the balloons still inflated. I was very pleased

I was disappointed the box was labeled balloons in a box. It ruined the surprise.

My only complaint is the strings were way too long.!!!!!’ And I had to order over the phone because I found the website very confusing…. but ultimately the little girl that got them loved them…. they were delivered within 24 hours of my order.

Although the business failed to deliver my order on a timely manner, they made it up by delivering the item, whilst late, and also refunded my money. I appreciated the move.

Everything was great!! My friend got it on her birthday and was so surprised! Would definitely order again!! 😀
