Balsam Hill CA Reviews

I bought their tree on sale after Christmas. So I can’t speak to the quality of it just yet.

I did take the tree out of the bag and plugged it in, and it looked beautiful without any kind of preparation.

Otherwise, as far as I can tell, it’s a very high-quality product that will last several years they came in great packaging with easy instructions and super build.

I’m happy

Lovely decorations - excellent transaction

Having ordered our tree in July during a sale, we haven't yet assembled it, but we're impressed with the quality and feel and fullness of the branches. We were also pleased with the care taken to package the tree. Even the delivery person said Balsam Hill trees are the best.

Magnifique produit.

Mostly great though our 1300$ tree was delivered to the front of our driveway, 1/3km away, instead of our front door

Box arrived in good shape. Haven't opened, waiting till the Holidays, but, so far , so good.

Easy to order fast delivery great product.

Elegant crystal swag. Quick delivery.

Did not receive it as shipper did not send the right stuff to UPS.

Waiting patiently for my tree to arrive

Love my tree!!! I am a Christmas freak and finally made this big purchase!! So glad I did! It’s big beautiful and full!

I was on pins and needles hoping the tree I ordered would be of the quality like my old tree, which lasted for over 35years. I was not disappointed I opened the box and was overjoyed with the tree. Excellent quality and loved the kit that came with the tree. Everything to care for the tree for many years to come. Made my Christmas.

As a Canadian customer, I've ordered many times from Balsam Hill, both on the US and Canadian site. All their products are high quality and impeccably made and have helped make our Christmases look and feel luxurious but also traditional. Nothing on the market is comparable to many of their pieces, especially their trees, tree picks, and storage options. Fast seamless shipping is also a plus.

Beautiful tree. Looks amazing in our clients home!

I recently ordered your Christmas tree branch sample kit. The package was delivered to my doorstep quickly & in excellent condition.

The sample branches are ALL BEAUTIFUL & very Realistic. This is making my final choice for the Christmas tree purchase difficult. ( nice predicament to be in, though). As soon as I decide on my choice I will be placing my order for the tree.

The video clips on your site are also very helpful as I narrow down my final choice.

Very good product. Their Xmas tree is the best life-like tree with the perfect amount of lights. I bought a Pillar tree two years ago and more recently purchased a 3ft table top tree. Both these trees were very well packaged and delivery was timely.

This company was wonderful to work with. I first ordered a Blue Spruce, pre lit tree and it had a malfunctioning branch of lights. I was able to return this tree and order another. I was nervous about ordering a pre lit tree and they had a promotion which was great, so ordered a Balsam fir, with no lights. Both trees were beautiful the quality is exceptional. The customer service was great. Delivery was fast. It was an expensive cost, but they have great sales. It was worth every penny and will last for years.
