Internet quickly, admin bamboosim help me to settle the problem and give me a great solution. If you want to replace the phone and using esim can get new barcode with admin bamboosim, but need to little charges. I know this is the procedure to get new barcode, so it's okay. I feel very worthy to using bamboosim with my traveling aboard. Feel good experience too.

Had issues while overseas but Daniel tried really hard to work out the issue to make things move. Obviously it’s not a BambooSim issue as the overseas network providers were responsible for this issue. Daniel was prompt on live chat with immediate responses despite being based in Melbourne and it’s past midnight there, just so I can use my data plan. Eventually it all worked. Kudos to the exceptional customer service and technical expertise, my trip has not been compromised with this network issue.

I had a great experience with BambooSIM. Setup was simple and worked straight away, and the connection was reliable the whole time I used it.
The website and app are both very easy to use, and I really liked how simple it was to top up — just a few taps and you’re done. Signing up was also effortless since you can log in with Google or Apple, which saved time and hassle.
Overall it’s a very convenient service with good coverage, fair pricing, and no headaches. I’d definitely use BambooSIM again and would happily recommend it to others.

I am so impressed with BambooSIM's ease of setup and customer service. I'm not sure if my experience was an outlier, but I have never experienced such a fast and kind CX/CS experience than at BambooSIM. I had an issue with topping up my expired eSIM and I got email replies within minutes, that's completely unheard of. They really made me feel like I was their only client.
The app design looks nice and intuitive, but it does load/refresh kind of slow. I was told they are releasing updates on it to make it faster. Regardless, the customer service experience more than makes up for it.
Would recommend to my friends 💯

I was looking for an eSIM for an upcoming trip to Thailand. Was recommended Bamboo SIM because they had a large number of available service providers which meant there was no possible coverage downtime. The prices were competitively cheap compared to other eSIM companies.

I’ve used BambooSIM while traveling in both Indonesia and Vietnam, including some pretty remote areas and it worked really well the whole time. I used the SIM while traveling through four countries in Europe and had no dropouts or issues at all. The signal stayed consistently strong, and I never had to worry about topping up data or picking up a local SIM just for a short stay. It worked smoothly across borders and saved me a lot of hassle.
The installation process is pretty simple but note that your phone does need to support eSIM's for this to work. I installed it a day before my flight, and it started working as soon as I got off the plane in Amsterdam. Pretty affordable and reliable compared to most other options out there
