Quick, reliable customer service as always. Internet quickly reconnected after upgrades. The majority of internet issues are more to do with the NBN here. Happy with Escapenet and their service.

I have been with "EscapeNet" now for a few year's, their customer service is exceptionally beyond standard.

Also, their service plan's are the best, great range and fantastic pricing. Also, unlike many other company's, they are extremely quick in fixing disruptions and drop outs.

Customer Service reps x 2 have been very helpful in restoring our internet; providing very useful information for future NBN outages, which we had to use again a day after the last outage. Minus one point out of 10 for the repetitive outages that have occurred along with the mini dropouts that happen regularly. A good service otherwise :)

They have absolutely amazing customer service when you call up for anything. They do there absolutely best to solve the issue on the spot and they have done so everytime I have called for anything. If you are having financial difficulties in paying your monthly bill they are willing to work something out with you that suits ur needs so ur service doesn't get restricted. I highly recommend escape net if your looking for an internet provider.

During an outdated payment method update, I had problems logging into my account. Customer service helped me promptly and the issue was corrected swiftly. For a while I had wanted to increase broadband width and I was offered a discount for being a valued customer for over 5years. The also offered me an upgraded router for free. The customer service agent was Northamerican and was clearly understood showing excellent communication skills. I am very satisfied with the service received, ☺

I have been with EscapeNet’s from the day I bought a computer which is at least 35 years. In that time I have found the team friendly, reliable and most of all efficient in helping when you have a problem. They do not pressure you in paying more and their workmanship is impeccable. I had a problem with my laptop and this man helped me as I had problems with my E-Mail. So he navigated on my laptop and fixed my problem. I forgot his name but was very friendly.

You are the worst con artists charging me for an exit fee $62 late feeplus a month's subscription for not full filling 30 days $120 to get rid of you totaling $182 I would not reccomend you to my worst enemy rip off company
