Our Bambrella umbrella was the most over rated product I have ever purchased. I thought we were purchasing a high quality product that would stand up for years. Even with the additional purchase of a full winter cover from Bambrella the wood deteriorated and the metal parts rusted. I guess 3 years of Indiana weather was just to much. Finally gave it away because I was tired of looking at it.

We purchased two cantilevered umbrellas which had chronic problems from the second day after delivery until the time that we sold them on Craigslist 6 months later for a fraction of their original price. Both the retailer and the local manufacturers rep were Totally unresponsive. And the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. I would NEVER recommend this product or manufacturer!

Customer service has been extremely efficient and customers seem to think highly of the product quality. However, there have been a few minor issues with multiple orders (often with the same customer).

These umbrella's are really well made. Any woodworker or craftsman would so appreciate just how well made they are and the great attention to detail. Very well done indeed!

Bambrella has the best product on the market. I have purchased every brand of out door Furntiture / umbrellas and I must say Bambrella has the most durable , stylish collection. I have the umbrellas in the hamptons on the beach and in Miami and they have proven to last! Also to mention the customer service is outstanding!!! I have been working with Cameron at the company 10 +++They are always available and reliable. 10 +++stars for bambrella!!!!

These were for my boss an he just loves them! The quality is great an you can tell! Most of all he is in a high wind area an they are holding up as described.

This is my second Banbrella the first one is nearly 10 years old a few minor replacement part were easy to order and the 13’ is still charming still in wonderful condition . the new one which is the offset cantilever ......gosh it is fabulous!!

they actually do hold up to abuse. We literally bought new ones every three weeks before we started using these. Don't show signs of wear after well over a year.

The umbrellas have been great and have handled the heavy winds we get around the pool.

These beautiful and tough umbrellas are replacing the less expensive umbrellas we started with. We should have saved our money and gone with these from the get-go. They are more expensive than some, sure... but absolutely worth it.

Refurbished a used/weathered umbrella. Was able to purchase replacement parts and canvas. Great quality and customer service. Recieved everything as ordered neatly packaged in reasonable time.

Very good market umbrella but I am disappointed that the bamboo is moldy after less than one year which means it is absorbing moisture. So much that the pole has expanded in my stand to the point I can not get it out. For the price I was hoping it would have a better seal.
