So, We paid an extra £800 for the better quality cover less than 1 year ago (the total cost was a little less than £2,000). It now has 4 holes & is getting worse by the day. I expect it will be unusable within a year. Despite repeated attempts the company has not replied to my emails. Given that, it seems their “7 year guarantee” has no value. In addition, even in the gentlest of breezes, the racket it makes is awful.

Bought two expensive parasols from this company. First one won't rotate on its pedal stand after 2 years. Absolutely no response from company and it's been a month now. Anyone can promise a great experience but they just want the sales then run.

I have bought a total of 3 parasols over the last 18 months. They arrive on time and are well-packaged. The instructions are user-friendly and they are easy to put together. The mechanisms to erect and to swivel the angle of the parasol are simple and straight-forward. I had an issue when one of the parasols fell over but this was due to someone moving the base weights by mistake. As a result, one of the struts became bent. Simi in Customer Services was very understanding and a new replacement strut is being sent to me free of charge. Customer Services is always responsive, professional and helpful. In summary, first class products and first class service. Merci beaucoup.

Customer service is exemplary. Product (Kona base) is ingenious and makes light work of moving a heavy base around. Great product. Recommended to a friend who wants to buy but unfortunately no longer for sale on your website.

I bought a 3x3 cantilever parasol from this company because of the repairability and wind tolerance. It seemed to be well constructed but moved about alarmingly in moderate winds (20 to30km/hr), and was quite noisy. Just within the 3 year warranty period the top mast fitting and cantilever arm broke. I have been trying to get some response from them for 2 weeks now, with only an automated reply so far. They only appear to offer a very small range of repair parts, which I find surprising as the assembly is very easy to disassemble.

Update, the day after I left this review they have responded favourably. As the necessary parts are not available they are sending a new parasol frame. Very good, if a little slow to respond initially. I now await delivery, another often difficult process.

AVOID THIS COMPANY – Paid and completely ignored
I bought a parasol two weeks ago and since then I have received absolutely nothing: no product, no shipping confirmation, no response of any kind. I have tried to get in touch on multiple occasions by email and by phone, and every single time I have been met with complete silence.
The order is fully paid, and yet the company has made zero effort to update me on its status or even acknowledge my messages. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.
I strongly urge anyone thinking of buying here to think twice. If something goes wrong — and it might — you will be left completely on your own. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

The delivery was great, the parasol is brilliant and I lost the handle to which a replacement was sent out as soon as possible. Excellent service all round

When adding a cover to the cantilever parasol it added a cover for a centre pole parasol which was not noticed until the order was confirmed. Despite sending an email 5 minutes after placing said order asking for the error to be corrected, i was informed the quickest way to correct was to order the correct cover and return the incorrect one when it was delivered.

Great pre and post service and a fantastic product!

I purchased a cantilever parasol, cover and base which arrived promptly. Unfortunately on unpacking there was a small tear in the canopy. I took pictures and e-mailed customer services. I received an acknowledgement stating that I would get a response within 72 hours.

72 hours later I received a response from Brenda informing me that they would be sending me a replacement, however as the colour I had ordered was out of stock would I be OK with picking another colour. I said yes and within a week I have now received the replacement canopy.

Not only was I kept informed throughout the process I was able to keep the damaged canopy so I was still able to use it over the current heatwave that we have had in the UK.

And yes the parasol, base and cover are all of great quality, the design of everything has been well thought through and given our deck is elevated and westerly we have already been able to test out its wind resistant qualities.

Parasol fantastic. Took too long to receive the cover. Communications and customer service re delivery from Endsleigh Garden Centre was poor.

After a mix up on the order, we got the right part and the incorrect parts sent back, we now have everything and in this heat at the moment it works very well.

Ordered the 3x3 cantilever parasol + wheel base. It’s a lovely piece of kit for sure and the grecale wheel base is perfect for easily moving the system around the patio. But ours arrived with stains on the fabric and a scratched base. Customer service has been good and offered to replace both (we won’t replace the grecale because it’s already been filled with 100kg of sand). We’ll have to remove the current fabric from the frame and replace with the new fabric. Bit of a hassle considering the expensive outlay. Also taking off a few stars because they don’t have stock of any of their accessories that they advertise on their website….parasol lighting, weatherproof carpets, outdoor furniture. Poor form not to have this available for summer ( seems available on the EU site).

Excellent service. I spoke to Omar who is based in France, but spoke good English. He gave me good advice when I explained what we required. I received my order well within in a week and the parasol is exactly what we needed for a top floor, windy balcony. The mechanism is so clever and works well.
The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a couple of minor blips, but all sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Paid for express delivery. 2 business days later nothing to even say despatched- still “being prepared”. No response from customer service. Heatwave will be over by time I get it now- and still no idea when that might be!

no communication at all- ordered and paid 26.05.26. ive heard NOTHING SINCE - emailed twice and again nothing, but marketing emails.
i would like to know where my order is??

The product is great but delivery communications were poor . They sent the wrong cover and 3 weeks later we still await confirmation of shipping. Replies to phone calls virtually nonexistent other than calling France .
Lots of apologies about the lack of information but little to no action .

Got the base with wheels too - highly recommended!

First class products and very well made, excellent delivery. Had you return an item re base and was organised very efficiently to be collected. Website a little confusing when ordering base for cantilever umbrella, other than that excellent experience.

I purchased several articles, of which one needed to be exchanged for a different size: I have now been waiting for 1.5 months (!!!!!!!!) and still have no news regarding the return / exchange. Obviously now I am returning the entire order and never want to hear about them again but I expect to have to wait more since I have no news. STAY AWAY!!!
