Excellent communication with delivery, easy to set up with sand in the wheeled base. Early days yet as to the wind resistance however seems great at the moment. A little nervous with the creaks when the wind gust’s however all seems to settle down quickly. Love the fact we can buy replacement covers for the future.

It turned out the item we had purchased was actually out of stock because they had run out of the colour canopy we wanted, and there were supply issues so were unable to offer a delivery date. Belveo then cancelled our order as they said it couldn't be fulfilled.
After emailing Belveo and expressing our disappointment, they were then able to source us a separate canopy from their spares stock which was the exact colour and type we wanted and so the order could be fulfilled. It just meant that we had to assemble the canopy onto the stand ourselves which was no problem.
Our thanks to Emily for sorting all this out for us and we are now delighted with our new cantilever parasol.

They were able to supply a replacement part at a reasonable price for a product out of warranty.

We’ve only had it a few weeks and so far we’re delighted.
Easy to assemble (though a 2 person job) and apparently very well made. The wind-proof mechanism works very well.
It also looks great.

We bought the 4x3m parasol. It's a perfect fit, and does use it's unique windproof system well in winds 1-20pm. However, any gusts above that toppled our parasol unfortunately. The base was filled with water so we will try with sand but slightly concerned to try in any winds as we've just installed a new fence

Love the product but the pictorial assembly instructions are not very clear.

This is a 'serious' parasol. Big, heavy, sturdy. The base when full of sand and water weighs in at o ver 140 kilos. The way the canopy floats away from the frame in high winds and then slaps back down again is so clever, and the whole thing looks amazing. Swift delivery and good communication.

Delivery was as stated 3 - 5 working days with txt messages from drivers telling me when to expect the delivery.
It does say 2 man to erect the parasol but my Son had no problem doing it on his own.
I was so pleased with the result. It's sturdy, very well made and looks good.
So pleased I made the decision to buy a parasol instead of a hard roof gazebo.

The replacement of the cover was immediate. The Umbrella works a dream. Very pleased with both the service and the product.

So Professional… I had a recommendation from a neighbour and a quick demonstration. I ordered mine the same day and couldn’t be more delighted.
The product screams quality which is rare these days. I can see this being versatile for many occasions with its maneuverability. Customer service and the delivery team were exceptional ❤️

We decided to buy the Belveo parasol and Grecale wheeled base because, living on the North Yorkshire coast, we need the high winds resistant feature. When it blew over in strong winds, when we let them know they (rightly) pointed out that the website instructions stated it should be weighted down with gravel. However, although we had missed this point we mentioned their installation video, which does not show gravel being added to the base to weight it down, which was midsleading. Because of this they were good enough to replace the base free of charge. As soon as we received the replacement we weighted it properly and it is now doing its job and resisting the very high winds we get up here. So, if you're thinking of buying this parasol and base we would highly recommend them - but weighting it down properly is a must! The parasol and base had to be stored in the garage while we had some garden work done and the screws were lost - but Belveo sent us replacements within a couple of days - free of charge.
Definitely a great product and excellent customer service to back it up.

Very happy with the 3x3 parasol. The quality of the build is impressive and seems to be handling the wind so far. We also ordered the portable wheeled base which makes the parasol extremely sturdy.

Great product and great company, after sales was 5 stars.
