Not worthy of one star. I had exactly the same experience with other reviews, I did not order and yet I find I have been charged for 5 packs of the rubbish with two orders amounting to £57.05. They were also implying the product was Japanese and not it's Chinese.
Worst still, by accident I just noticed on PayPal this company Bandoo.com have set up a recurring account!!!!

this is a scam i did not order i looked at them and decided not to purchase they have just charged me £65.00 for 2 orders

Absolutely awful company

Like many others on here, I never completed checkout on my order after deciding the products were not value for money - however, they processed my purchase regardless, adding on extra packs, charging me about £60 in total and refusing to refund me as they had processed my order. Wish I'd never clicked on their Facebook advert!

I have had the exact same experience of the person who wrote the previous review. I was going to try the patches and initially tried to purchase a pack at £13.65 but changed my mind as at checkout i was being asked to purchase more items very quickly. I have been charged the £13.65 and an additional payment of £48.70 with a recurring payment set up on my paypal account. I too tried to cancel the order and no one got back to me within the six hours. When they did email me back it was to inform me it was too late to cancel. These people are complete scammers and i cant believe i didnt read the reviews. I would never have spent over £60 on something i haven't tried as i really cant afford it. I am hoping Paypal can help as it is my understanding that this kind of situation is why I use paypal

Well I wish I had read the reviews first instead of AFTER I placed my order, good job I did though as I checked my PayPal and they had taken two amounts ( one was a recurring payment ) cancelled the recurring one (subscription) and immediately wrote to the company ( who in their advert said the order could be cancelled within 6 hours of the order being placed ) who said the order had been already been shipped ! I explained the order was incorrect as I had only ordered one pack but was being sent 4 , nothing they could do they said.
The parcel arrived , I opened it wrote a letter popped it in and sent it back ….cost me £24 to return it to USA although blatantly sent from an English address. I have asked three times so far for the name and address of their managing director/ chief executive , they conveniently ignore this every time I write.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. What ever was I thinking !

Bandoo got my PayPal info and did what they pleased with it. Decided not to purchase once I saw shipping rates. That did not matter that I did not complete the purchase. They charged me for one box and then 4 more. They completely lied to PayPal and my bank when I disputed. The pads don't even work. You can drop warm purified water on them and they'll turn pitch black. They react to sweat. No toxins are being pulled from your body. Worst online shopping experience in my life!!!

Avoid like the plague. I felt bullied by their actions to buy more. I only wanted one pack. They scammed me for more money. Beware please.

Do not buy from this company as they tell you lies saying g that the box was damaged when I never returned items in a box , the original packaging. They said because it was damaged the one packet cost me £72 and I also paid £43 to send it back. They originally charged me £48.95 twice and £38.75 for one packet. So please think before you buy as they are con artist

Also ordered one box via an ad on Instagram and ended up with five boxes. I emailed them to cancel the order and they said it was too late as it has been shipped. I am currently on hold to my bank to report this. I will also reject the delivery if I can.
Will try to report them to Instagram too.
They cannot get away with this, they are breaking all kinds of consumer laws!

I ordered £31 worth, now looked on Amazon and got 30 for £8.50

An order was placed in error. Within an hour I created a ticket to cancel the order. In fact I tried several times to cancel the order. However. Bandoo failed to cancel the order. They say the order has been processed and being dispatched. My question is what is the point of a cancellation process if it does not work. The customer service was poor . I have previously bought $300 of products from the company. They didn't see me as a valuable customer. I won't purchase from the company again.

Please do not try this website of Bandoo detox pathes.. They rip you off. I ordered one they deduct seversl times. When you complain, they say sorry we have shipped multiple orders.

Really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I tried to buy a 10 pack of foot pads for £13.99 but after being unable to check out without other items being ‘offered’ I decided to cancel as the website seemed suspect. Apparently, my order was not cancelled as I’ve just received not one pack of 10 for £13.99 but 10 packs of 10 for which I’ve been charged over £80. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I don’t even know if it’s possible to get a refund but my biggest concern is that they now have my credit card information and might continue to charge me for items I did not purchase. Lesson learnt, I guess. At least I’ll have really clean feet 😂

Why didn’t I read these reviews!! As always, I’ve ordered one box of tea and they have taken money for 4 boxes!!! I’m contacting bank tomorrow!! Also if anyone has used PayPal make sure you cancel it! As it’s a reaccuring transaction!! Scammers!!!

I ordered 2 packs of tea I then got an offer for 3 packs so chose that but 2 lots of money has been taken. I have tried to cancel and had no response. Luckily I have stopped the automated payments which were also set up! Absolutely disgusting ripping people off.

My god how was I so stupid. Paid for special offer of £13 been debited one amount of 38 and another of 42. Steer clear. On the phone to my bank now. Please get into the habit of reading Trustpilot reviews on a company before purchasing anything online. Bank said I have also agreed to subscribe to this fraudulent company. No way did I. Needs to be shut down on Facebook asap to protect others

They didn't give me an order number to change ,can't ring them either and they have not even emailed me .. I don't even think I will get them charged me 80 euros

Charges are extremely expensive and I tried to cancel but could not.

Ich wollte eine Testbestellung aufgeben, aber die Homepage ist so geschickt aufgebaut ,das ich plötzlich die vierfache Menge bestellt hatte. Mein umgehender Widerruf wurde mit dem Hinweis auf Bestellung bereits bearbeitet abgelehnt.
Ich habe dann geschrieben ich schicke die Ware zurück, dann wurde mir gesagt ich habe die Transportkosten in die USA zu tragen, Höhe unbekannt.
Ich habe schließlich einer Preisreduktion um 40 % zugestimmt. Was müssen die für Margen haben , wenn Sie solche Rabatte einräumen.
Kann nur sagen : Finger weg - das ist nicht seriös

I ordered a trial pack of footpads from bandoo at £13.95 plus £3.95 carr.which were a 70% trial price.when I saw their invoice it was for 2 packs one at £38.75 the other was £48.70 I tried to cancel the order within 5 hours of ordering but was told it had been packed and waiting for collection(in china) so order could not be cancelled.This company does not appear to have a phone number and e mails are sent to an invalid address (or so it says).
