Bandoo is a scam. There is no way to write a review, so all the reviews are staff written. I tried to order a small package and they charged $125 to my card. I have repeatedly tried contacting them and all I get is automated responses. I have reported them to my bank as fraudulent charges.

My experience is a nightmare. They added full price items to my order which they did not show until they charged my debit card. I immediately canceled and they said order already shipped and the order still hasn't arrived. Sent an e-mail asking how I liked my product and I haven't received anything. This company is unethical.

this is the second time I've dealt with this company I didn't realise I was dealing with them the second time. the first time I ordered foot patches and I had two payments taken out of my account amounting to over £70. They've done it again and two payments have been taken for similar amounts. This company needs taking down, how can this be achieved.

I did the same as the other reviewers, followed the links from Instagram, and ordered, only to receive no products and a recurring charge on my account. A terrible experience. You cannot get the company to respond either. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank. People need to be warned about this company Try Bandoo.

Terrible scam company. I stupidly followed the screen from Facebook and might have just ordered the single box but then it forces you through page after page where it’s difficult to know what you have bought or not accepted. There is no final checkout page so if you made a mistake there’s no chance of stopping it. Within 5 minutes I started trying to cancel the order which again is a ridiculous system. I am getting nowhere, no answer no refund and even more frustrating another email from them to say my order is being processed. I suspect it’s just a money pit and everyone should not be a silly as me!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with re customer service and now, unfortunately, reading reviews it would appear that this a a common theme, for whatever reason (sic ) my order was doubled up ( twice! ) and when I noticed the double payments ftom my bank acct and contacted the company to cancel the unwanted ones I was basically told go away by three staff members and then finally a person named Catherine, who is apparently the boss, said bad luck, product has been shipped,
Even worse I just read an article saying the product is a hoax, which probably I'd the reason for the atrocious customer service and probably explains why you can't leave a review on their page

Avoid avoid. I went to buy something, changed my mind as the website was really confusing about discounts, got an.email to say it had cancelled but the order had actually gone through for the wrong amt so ended up spending £48 not £13 and getting 4 packets not 1. On querying told couldn't cancel or return/refund even tho.i had an email saying the booking hadnt gone thru and now got 4 boxes of something I dont want.

ordered so i thought sample at £13.95
looked at paypal they had (without any permisson from me) taken 2 payments of £38.75 and £48.70 also PAYPAL had set them up as automatic payments which i immediately cancelled so this bunch of scammers could have taken the same amount whenever they chose too.
So disappointed in PAYPAL they are almost as culpable they know whats happening but as usual are just happy to take the money they have gone down a lot in my estimation and i will avoid using them from now on.

Bandoo /Trybandoo / Rana pads these are all same and the biggest fraud you will ever see. They charge your account without your permission, they wont reply back to your emails, they say you can cancel within 6hours and they will just create the shipping label in 6hours and wont reply back to your cancellation request.
Their products will cost you the custom duty fees. Its a complete trap. Dont try it

Rubbish. Ordered one item at a sale price of £13.95 . When invoice came through it was for two lots of 4 boxes at £81.30. Tried to cancel but to no avail. Went through Paypal and they reimbursed me £42.85 on 2nd May but Bandoo took it out of my account again on 3rd May. Paypal are putting it through as a dispute. Wellness is well advertised but I urge everyone to steer clear and I think the reviews are made up. Feeling very angry and upset.

Ordered online last night!

I ordered Sunday evening, one item of support socks, within minutes later the confirmation email arrived, and they had CHANGED my order to 4 ITEMS, and of course 4 Times how much I wanted to spend! I immediately emailed them, to tell them the Problem and how ANGRY I AM! Now 14 Hours later and NO RESPONSE to several email's, except a email 2 hours ago to say the order had been despatched! I am so ANGRY!

Tried to buy but my bank knew better and denied the card. Next thing I know they charged over $85.00 from my account. Tried to cancel followed all directions but to no avail. There has got to be a way to stop all these rip off scams. How about boycott Meta!

Run for the hills away from this company. I trued to order one bag of weight loss tea yesterday and I was charged for that one plus 3 others that I didn't order totalling €80. I emailed them within 10 mins to cancel both orders to which I received an email stating they'd received my request and would get back to me which they didn't. Then I received an email this morning saying it was shipped with a tracking number. I emailed them again and got no joy as they said it had already been shipped. I requested a cancellation within 10 mins so it shouldn't have been shipped. Also when you purchase something they pit on a reoccurring monthly charge without you knowing it. Its an a scam and I've started tegung proceedings with PayPal. Do not touch them.

Do not buy from this company. Like many other reviews, they take money for things you don’t want. Their website makes it impossible to checkout without them essentially stealing additional money from you. When you lodge a complaint, they persistently ignore the real issue and constantly repeat themselves that the order has already been sent out. Be very careful!!!

Like everyone else says complete scam. You order one thing and they keep asking to add more, there is no where to click no on the extra items they offer, and if you even go to the next page it literally buys it then and there. I do a lot of online shopping and this website is meant to trick people and you don't even realize you bought it until you notice in your bank account or getting an email from them saying confirmed. Terrible customer service, they don't even listen to what you say, just keep telling me they want me to try the products (that I keep saying I never wanted). For a company who promotes health and wellness, completely ridiculous. Nearly 200 dollars I had to go to my bank to deal with and I'm hoping I get my money back.

Like all other people ordered 1 item and was billed for another 40 quid. They didn't heed my request to cancel, four times. Can't return the goods as the post office couldn't confirm it was a genuine address and it was going to cost me 24 quid to return and they charge me for the free posting delivery charge! Have raised a dispute with the CC company. Will try and complain to FB. They are quick enough to 'fact check's what is said in a personal comments but allow a completely criminal outfit to advertise, prolifically on the site.
