Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly!

I'd give Bangert 6 stars if I could. In an industry full of ~$100k+ implementation quotes, it's startling the level of support Bangert provides for a fraction of the cost. We felt supported throughout the implementation process, from educational road maps, one-on-one meetings, and extenstive testing in our live environment after go-live. We've now been on Sage Inacct for 6 months, and Bangert's customer service still stands out even after the implementation.

Speaking of customer service, it's been fantastic working with our account executive Nick Blair, who has been our primary point of contact since the 1st day we considered a new ERP system. Even though we've cycled out of the key customer stage for Bangert with our implementation being complete, Nick still routinely reaches out to make sure things are operating smoothly and walking us through various options for our renewal with Sage. He's provided one of the best customer service experiences i've received from any company and strongly recommend reaching out to him if you're considering a Sage Intacct implementation.

Lastly, while Bangert may not be the biggest firm in the implementation space, I did find it extremely valuable to have the same expert's helping us with our implementation in every meeting. I've worked with some of the largest advisory firms in the world in other matters, which routinely come with a large army of revolving faces on your project that need to be brought up to speed on your specific needs. It was great to know Lisa and Bojan were who i'd be specifically talking to on any subject I needed assistance with. They are both true experts in their roles and also went out of their way to make themselves available for meetings with any of our other software providers.

Stephan knows the software and how to make sure things are processed correctly. Great customer service.

I had an issue with CM entries not posting to the GL. Unable to resolve on my own, I reached out to Bangert for help. While I entered this as "medium" urgency, I was quickly contacted and assured that the issue was not as big as I feared and an easy fix. Bojan took control of the system and within minutes, the issue was resolved. Anxiety relieved. Thank you!

Kevin is a very good instruction and he really knows the Sage Estimating systems well. He is patient and follows through on every facet of the trouble shooting and training experience.

There was a significant amount of back-and-forth coordination between our IT team and Sage, and Tracey was exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, coordinated the efforts, and ensured the issue continued moving toward resolution. Her responsiveness and commitment to seeing the issue through were greatly appreciated.

Rather than just type, send a link, or screenshot instructions, all of which are typical in my experience, Tracey recorded a quick video that showed me exactly what I needed to do to fix my issue. The video was far more effective, and I was able to fix my problem quickly and move on.
