Responsive and Experts in Server Migration
First of all, Bangert responded to our request in a timely manner. Kevin is so knowledgeable with the process of server migration for Sage 300 CRE. We appreciate that we feel assured that this transition was done correctly. We are very satisfied that our software is up and running within a few hours. He was patient with us as WE stumbled through assisting him with a connection for him to use remotely. Kevin helped us to implement a Roth feature to our 401k plan. He wrote all the formula's since Sage did not provide for SRE300 and helped us get a new file format to transmit to our record keeper. He is very good at what he does and made work fun!
