WE HAVE ORDERED LAST YEAR ON 7TH APRIL 2025 JBL CHARGE PORTABLE BLUETOOTH SPEAKER. TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YET THE ITEM. IT'S A FAKE SITE ONE SHOULD NEVER TRUST ON THIS SITE.

I ordered three units of multi-plug adapters. I expected the package to be delivered in 2 to 3 days but it took them almost a month to deliver. To add to my frustration, only ONE unit was delivered whereas I paid for THREE.
I have been asking for a refund of my balance amount but the customer service is extremely poor and ineffective!

I ordered a smartwatch 3 months ago, and they do not pick up the calls or reply to emails. They do not refund my money. This is a complete shopping scam site

I placed an order for Realme Buds Air 7 on the Banjara Electronics website on February 7, 2026 and paid ₹2374 through UPI. The payment was sent to the UPI ID banjaraelectronics.cf@axisbank.

After placing the order, the seller claimed the product would be dispatched within 72 hours. However, the product was never delivered. A Blue Dart tracking number was initially generated but the shipment was marked as “Shipper Instructed To Return To Origin” even though I never requested any cancellation.

The seller kept sending the same reply saying the order would be dispatched within 72 hours, but nothing happened. Even after more than one month, the product has still not been delivered and no refund has been issued.

The support phone number mentioned on the website is invalid and not reachable. Because of this experience, I believe this website is misleading customers and taking money without delivering products.

I have already filed complaints with the National Consumer Helpline and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal regarding this transaction.

I strongly advise people to avoid purchasing anything from this website.

I've already paid for my order, but it hasn't arrived and I can't find any details about where it is.

All members who rating good they all are scammer accounts,this website is fake and fraud

I ordered jbl partybox speaker 110 and made online payment worth 19900. It's been one month still no response from them and I can't contact them either. Never order from them . It's one of the fraud site. I m going to complain them in consumer forum and cyber crime .

The are scammer once you place the order.Order never get delivere and they do not have contact details i am victim of this website. Even owner Mr Vibhor Malviya who is owner of theis shop does not response and shop also does not exist at given place I have already lodged the complaint in cyber crime

I placed an order for a speaker on 9 December. There was no proper order-tracking information available on the website. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via calls and emails, I received no response for over 15 days. When I finally managed to speak to customer service, I was informed that the ordered model was not available and that a refund would be processed. My grievance is regarding the extremely poor customer service and lack of communication. The unavailability of the product should have been informed much earlier instead of keeping me uninformed for over two weeks. This reflects a serious lapse in customer communication and service standards.

I got fake samsung buds it took me 15 days of continous struggle then they accept to return and refund but return takes 32 days and for refund takes 90 days further

Received defective Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 (one earbud not working). Shared unboxing video, but no replacement or refund even after multiple follow-ups. Generic replies, worst service ever. Not recommended at all.
