my order id - #1556 ( Marshall mode ii) price 8900 paid to them and got bad services from this website they were sent faulty items right earbuds not working and not charging and didn't get any solution from them and also they were not answering properly don't fall in to lower price trap from this kind of fake website better to buy new from genuine store.

I ordered and paid. NEVER received merchandise!

After a week of using the Ipod classic 7th Gen, works incredibly great for a 17 year old product. I had my doubts about it's condition but it's as good as new. Felt a little expensive for an old gadget but very well worth it.

Elcytec is genuine place to buy refurbished and second hand items, team is very friendly, just make to keep patience, also make sure its not your fault in wear and tear, they check and send products, if there is any issue they help you at the best.

I bought i pod classic 6 th gen 30 gb , experience was great 👍,both brothers were calm and composed, they know how to treat costumer, they were polite and helpful mostly they showed different options and give me chance to choose best , In some way prices are also ok , for some products, but for some I feel used product are not worth that price, and marking are strict so don't think there will be no difference between fair and very good , delivery was on time and good , product are better than enough (actually I prefer new product, I can't tolerate a single scratch, but retro product is very rare to get ) anyways the way of treating costumer was excellent on godown , (less online) my suggestions are to company, get more active online, bit lower the price, and keep it up satisfied!, to costumers go for open box

It Was a Wonderful experience, Overall

At first I had many questions about the website as I never had ordered from elcytek before.I talked to them via wp and hats off to them,they are so good and so friendly.I recieved my sony xb700 just today it's legit i checked that. I loved this purchase.

So I bought the sony xperia 1-mark 1 phone from elcytec around june or july 2024, and then started to notice that this website was risky, I started reading reddit reviews and how this was a scam and that none of the customers have received any orders or any mails from the website after their purchase. This was my first time buying from this sort of website(never again!). And this was my first phone and I was scared as F, I was feeling as if I got scammed, but fortunately, I've received a mail from the delivery service-blue dart about the shipping of the item, I haven't heard anything except the conformation mail from elcytec...After dreadful 7 days , I got the package and I was excited and also scared because I still have no idea if I was going to get a phone or soap in the box. From here, Downhill...,The packaging was terrible, I thought I was going to get good packaging but all I got was a cardboard box with phone and charger in it...no bill, no earphones, nothing. The phone has thumbprints on it and wifi signatures connecting to their warehouses' wifi...The phone was smudged and all and then I've cleaned it and it was...(we'll get to that part). Immediately I've contacted the customer service and they told me that it was an open-box product,so you won't get any box, and you wouldn't get any returns (none of the products on their website are returnable!) or replacements unless it's damaged... I showed the damage on the charger and missing earphones and the scratches on the phone...they told me that they'll send the charger again and earphones and the won't replce the phone whatsoever and the wifi creds and all were from their own team as they were testing the phone for functionality(by playing angry birds mind you!)...what they've sent after 7 days was...a samsung charger(I still laugh to this day about the sheer stupidity ) and some cheap knockoff earphones...I was scammed...,But atleast the phone works so...I guess I'm fortunate enough unlike many others who didn't even receive the products... and then I've noticed within the first month that the battery was draining so fast that it lasted barely half a day..., But I convinced myself that it had a 4k screen blah blah, because at this point , I had to keep this phone for atleast sometime with me and make enough money for another phone as I'm a student. I've tweaked with adb commands and managed to make the phone usable...Recently,I saw how to check the battery status of sony mobiles by dialing on the key pad and then I've found out that the battery was almost dead...,The capacity was half of an original and it needed replacing. It barely lasts now after 6 months. Eventhough what I've purchased was "openbox" - i.e., something that has been unboxed and sent back to the company, what I've received was a refurbished or used phone in the disguise of an "open box" product.Never buying these sort of products again! nor from this scam site...,

I bought a pair of tws from their website, the tws is working fine but the problem is related to battery, battery is draining very fast and they don't mention on their website about battery.
Here is an update, i already contact elcytec through email & whatsapp, they didn't gave any response yet today's date is 30/12/2024 and i register my complaint around October 2024.
They are giving reply here because of marketing and nothing else.

FRAUD ALERT

Hi,
Please don't ever buy any product from this company. It will be a waste of money, time, and an absolute mental harassment. The company is unethical and runs fraudulent practices. They send defective products and blame the customer with made-up excuses to avoid refunds.

Issues I faced:

I ordered the product on June 20, 2024. It wasn't shipped on time due to the weekend. I received it on June 26.
Upon receiving the product, I noticed issues, some of which were explained logically. However, there were dents, and the battery charging was problematic. They advised me to get it checked at a service center. The delivery service marked the product at Rs 49,999.0, but I paid Rs. 69,090 (after coupons). They promised to send the original invoice within 48 hours but only sent it on July 16 after multiple requests.
After using the product for two days, a keyboard key came loose. I had already raised issues about the battery charging, but their customer service insisted it was normal. During a Zoom call, the laptop crashed and wouldn't start for hours. After four hours of charging, it reached only 55%. They asked me to send the product back at my own expense as they don't have a pickup service. I shipped it on June 29, and they received it on July 4.
On July 4, they asked for 24 hours to verify the product. By July 8, they claimed there was no battery issue and blamed me for damaging the keyboard key, voiding the warranty. They agreed to fix the key as an exception but insisted on sending back the same product.
Despite my request for a replacement, they shipped back the same defective product, refusing a refund. They haven't provided any pictures of the damage or details of the tests they supposedly ran. Now, I'm stuck with a laptop that never charges fully.
Their customer service is the worst I have ever seen. They don't respond on time, and now they are not responding at all. So, please save yourself the headache, mental harassment, time, and money. Do not buy anything from this fraudulent company.

PS: I have raised a case against them in the Consumer Court and will file a cybercrime fraud report next.

Had ordered Marshall Monitor ANC 2 at a very attractive price. Recieved in 3 days. Although original box and cables were not there, they had placed their replacement inside for them. Fully satisfied

I have ordered a Sony WF XB700 earbuds from them on 29/02/2024, got it on 03/03/2024. delivery time was great no doubt on that, but the product and it's packaging was so weird. I, first of all got no box, bill, the eartips of the buds were CLEARLY not of Sony's, but the extra ones are of Sony's no doubt. The charging case, where Sony usually puts a sticker regarding basic product information, WERE PILLED OFF AND WAS REPLACED WITH A BLACK TAPE. I mean that's a huge suspicion right there, else I Think it's original, and I don't know about the warranty thing. Overall, my experience was not so great, but kinda okay. I have mailed them the day I received the product, and will send them the same mail over and over for the next 7 days, till I get a reply.
