Banking with Equity In Mind!
Greenwood is an amazing opportunity for inclusivity, banking smarter and being involved in rebuilding our communities. Although I was not too fond of the extra “perks” in monthly tiered membership; I appreciate the accessibility that is to come with more development of the institution and mobile application to aid in growth and providing true banking capabilities to the demographics that are served. Would love to see more investment in creating avenues for people who utilize cash transfer apps to have safe banking options.

Boomer Vision
I can barely see the numbers on the physical card. Also can’t zoom on the numbers in the app. Made using my card frustrating since my eyes suck. One or the other would be appreciated so I don’t have to feel like a boomer with my info on a piece of paper. Lol thanks y’all!

I don’t like that I don’t receive notifications when my card is used. Please work on that. All other accounts I have I get notified except for you.
