Greenwood- Modern Finance for the Culture Reviews 

I haven’t fully switched over from my other bank yet cause I need to epay by Zelle my bills & can’t or can’t find how to on your app. Plus you have a monthly change that I’m not really happy with. You really haven’t made it easy to be your customer 🤔

I am so proud to be apart of the Greenwood family. My account has been opened for two months now and I haven’t had any issues.

I gave Greenwood 5 stars because I’m new. However, I haven’t had any discrepancies and I enjoy having everything I need at my fingertips.

My account has been under review for over 3 months.

I asked on May 31,2022 that the dispute be cancelled for $126.10 and the provisional credit be reversed out of my account. The representative said that he’d take care of it and he didn’t and now my cousins phone account is in jeopardy of it being disconnected and she’s disabled and blind. So, right now I’m not pleased with the performance of the greenwood employee, that was negligent.

I haven’t utilized all of the features this banking app has to offer, yet. So far so good, on what I have utilized.

I’m so glad I joined Greenwood. The ability to utilize my dollar in my community, not worry about fees, use Apple Pay, and get paid early are just some of the crazy benefits. I love pulling out my physical metal card and getting questions about it and seeing the interest everywhere I shop. The future for Greenwood is very bright and I’m just glad to be along for the ride!

Everything has been smooth sailing with this bank account. I have no real complaints, except the viewing of previous transactions could use an upgrade. I'm loving this bank so far though.

Hi I do not like that fact I have to purchase a GREENDOT card @ $4.95 just to make a deposit to my account. Im retired and DO NOT WANT my retirement check going to direct deposit at Greenwood. I'm not satisfied at all .

Great bank great service! And such a sexy card design. My suggestion. Get the premium Card. You never feel more like a boss than handing that to your server and or cashier. Baaaammmm!!!
