Loop Bank excels in providing a robust banking platform, yet there is a critical need for enhancement in their customer service. The response time for customer inquiries is notably prolonged, which can be a source of inconvenience. A subset of the customer support team has displayed unprofessional conduct, occasionally being impolite and aggressive. While the bank's core services are commendable, these issues detract from the overall user experience. It is imperative that Loop Bank addresses these service shortcomings to maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, the absence of a direct contact phone number is a significant oversight, limiting prompt communication. Furthermore, the time required to transfer funds from an external account into a Loop Bank account exceeds five days, which is less efficient than expected. Streamlining these processes and improving customer interactions should be a priority for Loop Bank to uphold its reputation.

Who just started a company, this is the best "bank" to save you money! No taxes, no high fees!
I was with RBC which had a terrible support and high taxes and monthly taxes.
Have customer on US this bank helps you save a lot and also you can pay bills in us with no issues.
Some basic stuff like this, to do in big banks were a pain and with high taxes. Thanks for creating this product!

So easy to work with
Transition has been a breeze with Loop. I was able to set up business credit cards within one day, same for bank accounts. Saves us a lot of time and money compared with what traditional banks are able to offer, especially for payment solutions. Thanks Loop!

It's work in progress
Several technical challenges still need to smoothed out. Very hard to receive US$ transfers from outside of the US - the recipient bank does not have its own SWIFT code. Had a series of glitches on crediting US$ from our own account too. Loop has the potential to be much better but currently mired by these technical issues, slow responses and lack of immediate contact options

So far so good
So far so good! Loop is doing what it says which is making it much easier for businesses to receive payments in USD, convert to CAD for very low fees and at a better exchange rate than banks and make all of these quick and easy to do online. This is the way banking should be.
