Banner Department Reviews

What a fantastic small business! They were so patient and helpful when it came to designing our banner.

It has arrived and it is so well made, such good quality I can’t wait to display it at our wedding later this year.

Absolutely amazing

I’m absolutely chuffed with the banner Joe and his team created for my wedding. Joe’s communication was excellent, he answered my questions swiftly, and the end result was better than I could have imagined. Thank you endlessly for creating something we will treasure forever.

Excellent! I bought a DIY banner and tried to source my own white fringe without success, had the idea to email and ask if they had any I could purchase and so helpful! All sorted with a few emails and came in the post shortly after. Hassle free. (Also offered for me to send the banner back so they could sew the fringe on properly! I was impressed.)

Also the quality of the banner is amazing, I haven't put it together yet but seems easy enough to do. Would definitely order from here again.

Joe was a pleasure to deal with and fully understood what we were looking to achieve for our wedding banner.

Great quality product which we cannot wait to show off in our big day.

Absolutely love my banner. Thank you!!

first rate company

From the design stage to delivery the customer service was amazing. The final product is perfect and we can’t wait for our friends and family to see our banner! Thank you so much!

Great service from the team at banner department from the ensuring we were 100% happy with the design before work had started on it and adjusting designs to make sure it fit within our budget, to excellent quality and material for the banner itself.

We contacted Banner Dept. in the hope of bringing our fondness for the Lake District into our wedding decor - and we could not have been happier! The design was brilliant on the first go, merging our inspirations and reference images beautifully to create a gorgeous backdrop to sit behind our sweetheart table. We received amazing customer service, and are now the proud owners of a stunning handcrafted momento to cherish for years to come.

We are so, so thrilled with our wedding banner and can’t wait to display it at our wedding and then in our house after!! There was excellent communication throughout, such a worthwhile purchase for us and would recommend Banner Department 100%

Banner looks amazing and the customer service was spot on

The banner is absolutely awesome! As was the communication around the design, print and shipping! Can't recommend enough!

From the moment I first reached out to Joe, I knew I was in good hands. His communication was always warm, professional, and clear, ensuring I always knew what the next step was. The pennants I designed were beautifully crafted, with incredible attention to detail. I couldn’t be happier with the result! I truly appreciate Joe and his team’s dedication, and I’m looking forward to working with them again soon. Highly recommend!

Fantastic communication, and very good with customer queries. Delivery information was clear and the product is gorgeous. Would definitely use again.

I think it's a great product loved the outcome and the customer service was good. It's quite expensive though but maybe that's due to labour/ material costs ? Would of marked as 5* and ordered a 2nd If more affordable

Could not be more impressed with our banner! Such patience with getting the design right, and the real thing is just amazing. Thank you!

Friendly Company, helped with my enquiry and great advise resulting in a beautiful banner a gift to my Daughter and son in law from me , many Thanks Banner Department

Great communication over the busy Christmas period. I am quite disappointed in the quality of the fabric if I’m honest. I was expecting the felt to be thicker and higher quality for the price, especially when the ‘DIY banner’ is not ready assembled (they do mention this in the website). I feel this should be priced lower OR the letter / design should come ready printed on the banner.
