This is the second time I have returned to make a bespoke order from the banner department, and just like the first time they have once again produced me a beautifully made banner, very true to my original sketch of what I wanted, and made with great care, skill and quality. I’m very pleased and proud to hang it in my studio, and I’m already thinking of the next one!
A delightful process from start to finish.
Thank you.

Antwoord van Banner Department
Hi Diana,
Thank you so much for your kind words about your banner and our communication – I'm thrilled you were happy with it!
I appreciate your feedback on the packaging. I've tested different options and decided to use brown paper bags because they’re recyclable, heavy-duty, and versatile enough to protect banners of all sizes. I also fold and tie the banners nicely to ensure they arrive as presentable as possible after their journey through the post.
That being said, I'm always looking to improve, so I’ll send you an email to hear more about how you imagined the packaging. Your input is really valuable to me!
Thanks again for your support!
Joe
