Banner Department Reviews

The team were really helpful through the design phase, offering lots of options based on our suggestions, and creating exactly what we wanted. The production and delivery was really smooth and on time. The final banner was amazing and everyone at our wedding loved it!!

Just received the banners we had made for our wedding this September and they’re even better than we could have hoped for. We can’t wait to use them at our wedding and then hang them in our home as keepsakes. Thank you to Joe and team who were helpful with creating the design we wanted, would highly recommend the Banner Dept.

Amazing customer service!

Amazing quality banner and speedy delivery! Would highly recommend!

Lovely company . I messaged them to create a wedding banner for me and my partner ,including our logo we had done to go with the stationary . The banner is beautifully made and exactly what I asked for . The team were really good at communicating with me throughout the process . Thank you! I can’t wait to see it on the day

Joe and his team were amazing! We had an initial meeting over zoom to go over designs and wedding details! Joe was so open to do different designs for us as we weren’t too sure what we exactly wanted! They then sent over a few designs and were so open for the small changes we wanted! When it arrived we were blown away by the banner! It was amazing and can’t wait to use it for our wedding! Thanks so much! 😁

Amazing! We had a few issues with the banner but Sarah was absolutely amazing, she sorted everything out for us straight away and kept in contact every day to keep us updated!

I ordered a banner for our wedding - customer service was great and the ordering process was very easy. Discussed the design and saw a mock up beforehand. The order has just arrived and we couldn’t be happier with it!

Such a lovely item and great communication from start to finish, and very patient with me going back and fourth with ideas.
I can't wait to hang the banner up at my wedding and in my home afterwards.
