Baofeng SOS from South Africa.
My experience was wonderful. We were gifted Baofeng radios, but they did not work. I sent out an "SOS" on this site and within a short time I received not only a response, but the guidance given resolved the issue first time round. It was painless, easy and even from South Africa, I received great service and support. Thank you.

I’m new to 2 way radios and Baofeng was my introduction to GMRS. The products are exceptional, only surpassed by their customer service, specifically Olivia. She recognized my novice knowledge and tailored her responses and explanation to my level. She even provided detail of competitors products and their specific benefits. She is without a doubt the Best customer service rep I’ve ever encountered.
The products and customer service experience has made me a lifelong Baofeng customer.

Ordered a replacement for a non-functional radio. The support was very friendly and fast. Got a replacement after only a few days without headache.

My experience with Baofeng customer support was excellent. I had some initial difficulty in setting up my laptop with the Baofeng programming cord and using CHIRP. I exchanged several helpful emails with customer services. After following their advice and using the recommended updated drivers, everything works great . Thank you, Olivia !

I ordered two uv-5r. They were shipped very quickly they arrived to the destination in Canada a few days later and they arrived in excellent condition I haven't been enjoying them, they are excellent and I am signing up for my Amateur Radio License. Using DHL was excellent there was great communication and I could track my package easily I was able to pay my duties and taxes quickly, I highly recommend baofengradio!

The radios that I ordered were at an AMAZING price, they shipped fairly quickly, and the customer service team went ABOVE & BEYOND to fix the very small issue I had with my order! When I am ready to order more radios I am definitely coming back!!!! Thank you Baofeng!!!!!!!

Olivia reponded quickly with useful information. I got an email response from her is less than 24hours each time and it gave me leads as to what could be done to resolve my problem. My confidence in the Baofeng brand has gone up significantly because fo the support she gave me. Things don't always work the way they are expected and to have such great support mae purchasing from Baofeng a safe bet !!

I ordered a pair of radios but unfortunately one of the headsets that was supposed to be includes was missing. After contacting customer support I was offered a solution and received my replacement headset a few days later without hassle. They even contacted me a few weeks later because the shipping company wasn't updating their status and they wanted to make sure I received the product.

Baofeng sent me the wrong product after a long delay. After appealing to customer support, I received the radio I actually purchased and did not need to return the radio sent in error.

I purchased some radios but they sat in the box unused for 6 months. When I finally pulled them out and went to charge them, I noticed one of the batteries had a damaged USB port. I contacted Beofeng just out of the odd chance they would help out. For the record, I was totally expecting them to tell me no, and I probably would have also. The representative (Olivia) immediately offered to send a replacement, however they were currently out of stock. I could either wait or if I bought one from Amazon and send them the receipt they would reimburse me. As it was 6 months old, their system was only able to offer a gift card as compensation, but that was perfectly fine with me. I am very happy with the resolution, and have since purchased more from them.

The radios themselves are excellent for the price, I don't think you're gonna find too many arguments to the contrary.

I emailed Customer Support late in the evening and to my surprise I had a response to my email the following morning. Olivia from the Baofeng Support Team was super. She gave me the info I needed to solve the problem I was having with my UV-5g radio.
