I am very impressed
I am very impressed with the radio that I ordered, I didn't think it would be as good as it is, it is quite brilliant, looks just like the military one just like I wanted, the range is good it's really clear through the headset & through the speaker, the PTT was compatible with the headset that I am using & will be compatible with the upgraded headset I'm in the process of buying, over all definitely worth the 5 stars & i would 100% recommend it to everyone, it also arrived quicker than expected so definitely impressed & will order again when i need another radio/walkie-talkie & any accessories I need & will need in the future, definitely got me as a long term customer

Honestly so impressed with the service and quality.
I emailed prior to ordering as was worried about delivery times, Vina at customer service emailed me throughout and assured me they would be here on time.
7 days later they where at my local royal mail depot ready for delivery :)
Im honestly not only impressed with how fast delivery was, but the quality of all four radios is amazing, well packed, all the additional accessories where included.
10/10 extremely pleased

Product arrived and happy with service and website, speaker on the UV-5RM Plus is better than some of the Quansheng units i've got, like the fact i can charge via usb c or via the dock

Bluetooth programming adapter.
I bought a bluetooth programming adapter to use with my trusty Baofeng radios.
The adapter was inexpensive and arrived quite quickly.
It charges easily and paired with my phone, so I can program radios when away from the computer.

We checked your order details, and the carrier's tracking information currently shows that the package was delivered on 21-04-2026.. Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely, or they might leave them in unexpected spots around the property.

Could you please check around your porches, side doors, or with your neighbors to see if it was placed out of sight? If it still hasn't turned up, please reach out to us directly with your order number. I have been waiting 13 days for my order #42538 the website says 3-5 days delivery.
I have been in touch and told the same as others on here "give it a few more days" I needed the order today and it looks like I won't get it. there is no phone number and the address in London is royal Asian massage seems to be fake to me. watch the reply from the company be the same as the other reviews on here.

You mentioned that you expected a generic reply to this review, so I want to address your specific points directly. You are completely right to be frustrated. Waiting 13 days for a 3-5 day delivery is unacceptable, hope you can understand that delivery would take approximately 5-9 business days.

I also want to clear up the confusion about our London address. That address is that we use for UK correspondence, which is why it shares a location with other unrelated local businesses. We are a fully legitimate company, but I understand exactly why that looked suspicious to you.

I almost didn’t use them because I checked here first but with a reasonable amount of good reviews I gave them the benefit of the doubt but regret that now!

Ordered 2 radios 1 turned up broke so was 1 charger, I sent them a video of the radio not working, asked for replacement and they had the cheek to ask me to pay for postage, after a week of terrible communication and daily emails, don’t expect them to answer more than 1 email a day, this is the best part, they said If i sent the broke one back (me pay for postage) they would send me a new one, but if I kept the broke one (why would I need a broke radio 🤷🏻♂️) I would have to pay for them to send me a new one, figure that out 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻 So I had to pay extra postage or risk loosing getting another radio, because owning 1 radio doesn’t work, all round very poor service, terrible communication skills, not a happy customer

While i cannot fault the radios, they are brilliant, i wish they would take PayPal when ordering, i did contact them to see what could be done & was told they would send a PayPal request, but i just received the normal Credit card request, so had no choice but to use my Card, But at least the UV5RH i bought is fantastic...

Well i liked the UV 5RH and it arrived…
Well i liked the UV 5RH and it arrived safe. I opened the box took out all the parts and read some of the instructions. I have not programmed it yet. I have downloaded CHIRP but not connected it up yet as i have heard from some ppl that once they have tried to connect their radios with CHIRP it dosent work. I am housebound so i cannot meet anyone who can help me that is why it is still in the box.

Buying direct from Baofeng gives you a wide choice of accessories rather than just settling for a standard radio from other marketplace's.
Postage costs are very reasonable & when I have had to email them communication has always been great 👍
Many people slate these radios, just remember how much you are paying, they are not a £500 Yaesu or icom & deliver great value for money.
