The service is so prompt it is almost unbelievable! I know what I need now (after lots of good advice over the telephone) and now I just place an order and it arrives within 24-48 hours. Pretty incredible, as we are normally a good week with most deliveries as we are in the country.

These guys are fantastic and my go to for all things Printers and scanners for my office. I recently purchased another label printer for our Dubbo office. I had some issues setting up the new label printer. Their support guys were amazing. They helped me update the firmware and set up the printer and nothing was a problem. Error by warehouse resolved by good customer service
I called after placing my order to explain the reason for its urgency and paid $50 for emergency shipping. I got the labels but they were picked incorrectly. I had allowed extra shipping time luckily or this would have been a disaster. This could have been one star, but I am giving 3 because of how the Customer Service person helped resolved the issue. 1) they took responsibility and we worked out a solution 2) I had to use my own carrier to get it overnight, but my freight was refunded 3) Second time the order was now correct.
