Had the gear in stock - too long to receive
Initial positive is the supplier had the required parts in stock wher many others did not. However, delivery was arranged from 2 warehouses, which was not disclosed and when the first urgent shipment left, it simply showed the residual parts as on Bakc order, which set off Alarm Bells. Delieveries were paid as Express, but were certainly not overnight and the second shipment got held up in transport company depot until we foundit and picked it up due to billing postcode used instead of delivery postcode.

When I call they said we provide printer drivers and software CD with printer . When I got printer no CD in side . I call and they said download online . I am not good in these things that is why I ask for CD with printer so I don’t waste my time . Now it’s third week I got the printer but not using it because no software . Please don’t provide wrong information if you dot provide CD with printer say no why let people waste there money .

With the particular printer you have purchased, as our team has mentioned to you previously, it does not include any CDs and at no point have we said that the drivers are included on a CD for the printer you purchased. We do have a team of technical experts ready to help our customers when/if required. One of our technical team members have contacted you and have walked you though the process which he said you were happy with. Furthermore, he has also sent you an email with instructions to help you setup the printer (check junk emails if you have not received any emails from us).
