Die Handy-Hüllen sind aus billigem, streifen Plastik und scheinen nicht in der Lage, ein Handy ausreichend zu schützen. Und für die Qualität viel zu teuer!
Die Widerruf-/Rücksendeerfahrung ist ebenfalls Abzocke. Man soll sich selbst um eine Rücksendung nach Singapur kümmern, obwohl die Hülle aus Europa verschickt wurde. Und auf den vollen Kosten für eine interationale Sendung mit Tracking bleibt man sitzen. Ich habe es trotzdem gemacht, um wenigstens einen kleinen Teil des Kaufpreises erstattet zu bekommen. Nur: Seit Wochen schon habe ich keine Rückerstattung erhalten, obwohl das Paket angekommen ist.

Ordered from Bare cases for a new iPhone Air. The delivery was late and I couldn’t track the shipment due to a bad tracking number. After the delivery window passed I bought another case to protect my phone and asked to cancel my shipment. They denied my request, gave an excuse for being late and sent it out that day! When it arrived I tried to return it but they keep asking for pictures of the case, which I have sent 4 emails to them with multiple pictures. Now they claim there was a clear film on the back of the case that was never there. I issued a claim with my bank for my money back but when my bank reached out, BareCases told them I never tried to return the case. This process has gone on since February 3rd. It shouldn’t take over 3 months to return a product that was never used. They are scamming customers! Stay way!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been genuinely disappointing.
I purchased a case from Bare Cases, and within a very short period of normal use, it began to deteriorate. The corners started fraying, and the case eventually tore. This was not heavy use, and certainly not misuse.
To their credit, they sent a replacement. However, the replacement developed the exact same issue within a similarly short timeframe. At this point, it is difficult to view this as anything other than a product quality issue.
What is most concerning is how this was handled:
My request for a refund was declined
I was told the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect
I was offered another replacement, but only if I paid USD 15 for shipping
So in summary; two products failed in the same way, and I am now being asked to pay more for a third attempt.
I find this difficult to accept.
A case should be able to withstand normal day-to-day use. When the same failure occurs more than once, the expectation would be that the company stands behind its product.
Unfortunately, that has not been the case here.

Cases are overpriced and cheaply made bought 2 cases one for me and my partner they both broke after less than a month showing cracks after no real drops. Customer service took over a month to get to try and sort a resolution to which they tried to charge me $15 to replace them and refused a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Ordered from Germany. Product quality was disappointing and not as expected.

The return process is very inconvenient: customers have to send items back to Singapore at their own expense, plus a restocking fee applies.

This makes returns disproportionately expensive and impractical.

Would not recommend ordering internationally.

Dropshipped from Aliexpress. They charge $40 for a case that costs them less than $1. Do not buy! If you want "their case", search for "0.3mm Ultra Thin Hard Case For iPhone" on aliexpress. They even reused the aliexpress photos.

The delivery took a long time, and unfortunately the product is just cheap plastic. The case was already scratched, which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this item.

Worst case ever, my new phone got scratched with the case on.
I have been using $10 case over years and never had any scratch on my phone. With the Bare case, dust gets between the phone and case.
The case itself is completely scratch and looks like it is 3 years old after a couple of weeks.
This a scam, high price, more than low quality. Stay away from them.

The case is OK, will prevent scratches etc. but I'm not sure about any kind of drop.

The pane was a pain to install. (heh)

There was a black speck in the installer that was underneath the sheet, and when removing the installer case, it pulled the protective pane off with it. I put it back in and started the process again, but of course it isn't centred any more.

Probably wouldn't buy again.

I used a different brand of naked clear case and the Bare Naked case feels much sturdier. I feel confident that my iPhone Air is adequately protected!

They billed my credit card 2 months ago and I have yet to receive a package.

Don’t trust this company. Overpriced and overrated. I realized after 3 weeks that i didn’t receive my order. I sent them an email to cancel this order. They never responded to my cancellation and decided to send me the case 4 weeks after anyway…
Now, i’m disputing the charge with Amex…

I was hyped to try this for my 17 Pro Max and it didn't disappoint. The leather is top-tier and the fit is perfect. Aside from the camera button contrast, the attention to detail is definitely there. Best in the game right now.

I need to change the style of the case as I need a different size. There is a small window of time to request a change. I have emailed the helpdesk twice and no response. I would have missed the window now to make a change so now I'm assuming I would be able to change it or get a refund.

I received the case almost 3 weeks after ordering. I tried to contact them several time with no answers the case is so thin ther is no way that will protect my Iphone 17 pro. BE CAREFUL, they do not refund if you state the case is too thin. Just don't buy there.

SCAM!
I ordered my case 3 weeks ago, after paying £4.99 on shipping, after 2 weeks I expect it to have arrived days ago as it said 3-7 days. It’s been 3 weeks and I tell customer service and they say there was a mistake and they will send another one which will take another 2-3 weeks of me waiting again. I then say I need some compensation for this and they literally say here is a 10% of discount code. WTF SHALL I DO WITH A DISCOUNT CODE IM NEVER SHOPPING WITH YOU GUYS AGAIN, CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOK AGES TO REPLY EVERYTHING IS AWFUL. AVOID JUST BUY THE JETECH THIN CASES OR MOUS OR SPIGEN

Ich schreibe diese Rezension als dringende Warnung an alle, die mit dem Gedanken spielen, bei Bare Cases zu bestellen. Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Hochglanz-Werbevideos auf Instagram oder der minimalistischen Ästhetik der Website blenden. Hinter der Fassade verbirgt sich das qualitativ schlechteste Produkt, das mir in über 15 Jahren Smartphone-Nutzung untergekommen ist.
Der Kontext: Ein 1.000 € Smartphone in den Händen von Amateuren
Im Juli 2025 kaufte ich ein Samsung Galaxy S25+ – ein High-End-Gerät für fast 1.000 Euro. Um dieses wertvolle Gerät zu schützen, entschied ich mich für ein Bare Case. Ich dachte, für knapp 35 Euro (ein stolzer Preis für ein bisschen Kunststoff!) würde ich Premium-Qualität erhalten. Ich habe mich massiv geirrt.
Die Mängelliste: Ein Totalausfall auf ganzer Linie
1. Materialversagen nach Rekordzeit:
Obwohl ich mein Handy wie ein rohes Ei behandelte – Transport ausschließlich in einer weichen Tasche, niemals in der Hosentasche, keine Stürze – war die erste Hülle bereits nach zwei Wochen schrottreif. Das Material ist so spröde und minderwertig, dass die Ecken ohne äußere Einwirkung rissen. Die Beschichtung pellte sich ab wie ein Sonnenbrand.
2. Der schleichende Defekt (Die "Ausleier-Falle"):
Das Schlimmste ist jedoch die Passform. Bare Cases wirbt mit extremer Präzision. Die Realität? Das Plastik besitzt keinerlei Spannkraft. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit weiteten sich die Ecken derart aus, dass das Smartphone keinen Halt mehr hatte.
3. Der Super-GAU: Sachschaden durch die Hülle!
Durch diese mangelhafte Konstruktion passierte das Unvermeidliche: Mein Galaxy S25+ rutschte aufgrund der ausgeleierten Ecken einfach aus der Hülle. Das Ergebnis ist ein hässlicher, tiefer Kratzer oben rechts im Rahmen meines 1.000-Euro-Smartphones. Eine Hülle, die zum Schutz gekauft wurde, ist nun die direkte Ursache für den Wertverlust meines Gerätes.
Der "Kundenservice": Eine absolute Farce
Wer glaubt, bei Problemen Hilfe zu erhalten, wird bitter enttäuscht.
Reaktionszeiten: Man wartet teilweise viele Tage auf eine standardisierte Antwort.
Die Ersatz-Lüge: Mir wurde nach endlosem Hin und Her eine zweite Hülle geschickt. Diese war exakt genauso minderwertig wie die erste und hielt ebenfalls keine zwei Wochen, bevor sie sich weitete und das Handy erneut fast herausfiel.
Support-Ende: Nachdem ich den erneuten Defekt und den entstandenen Schaden am Handy meldete, stellt sich der Support nun quer. Man wird mit dem kaputten Plastikmüll und dem beschädigten Smartphone allein gelassen. Hilfe? Fehlanzeige.
Mein Fazit: Eine Warnung an alle potenziellen Käufer!
Kaufen Sie NIEMALS bei Bare Cases. Es ist kein Schutz, es ist eine Gefahr für Ihr Telefon.
Jede 5-Euro-Hülle vom Grabbeltisch bietet mehr Sicherheit.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ein schlechter Witz.
Die Qualität ist unterirdisch (billigster Kunststoff, der sich verformt).
Der Support lässt einen im Regen stehen, sobald echte Probleme auftreten.
Ich habe nun eine 35 Euro teure Hülle aus Plastikmüll und ein beschädigtes 1.000 Euro Smartphone. Bitte machen Sie nicht denselben Fehler wie ich. Vertrauen Sie etablierten Marken und lassen Sie sich nicht von dieser Marketing-Blase täuschen.
Bare Cases? Einmal und NIE WIEDER!

I bought a case before reading the reviews and regretted it instantly. I then proceeded to request a refund for the 35€ that the case costs.

I got a reply 2 days later saying that they issued the refund and that it would take up to 7 business days. This was 1 month ago and still no refund.

Absolute scam, thieves.

First off, the case took almost two months to arrive instead of two weeks. Second, yes it's thin… but it's the worst plastic I've ever seen in a case. It's hard, and bend with time or a bit of temperature. The borders are now bent towards the interior when I don't use it and It feels like everyday is a little worse. The touch is also awful, like paper, and it's super slippery. Ignore their marketing. Do not buy. Worst case I've ever had in a phone. Literally anything will be better.

The case was very poor quality and trying to return was impossible, no reply to emails and no contact number.
Please don’t waste your money it’s a scam.
