I switched here after my old trading platform froze. Trading here has been easy and I'm making more profit with their advanced trading tools.

Been trading crypto on the weekends here since the spreads are tight. I hate when brokers widen them massively on saturday but they keep it fair. makes scalping bitcoin actually profitable for once.

I requested by chat to delete my profile and all my data. I spoke with a real agent (not a bot) from the support. Here is the dialogue:
Support answer: "Not possible. Dear friend, you cannot delete your account".
I ask again: How can that be possible? You don't follow GDPR (data protection) policies?
Support answer: "It is not possible to delete the cabin and rail account."
As an EU citizen, this is unacceptable.

Responding to the answer:
1 - Before your answer you asked me through Trustpilot to send more info (full name) which I did promptly.
2 - Yes, I don't have any real account. Having or not real account is not relevant. I registered through the website and gave personal details as required. What is the relationship of having a real account and my request to delete my personal details from your databases ? Have you any idea what GDPR is?

Answering claims like this without even check the internal records is not professional.

If you offer services to EU citizens you must comply with the regulations particularly on this matter.

Suggestion: inserting a button on the cabinet to delete the profile (and all data related) by the user should be enough to avoid this type of complaint.

I have been working with this broker for about five years and I have seen a lot of ups and downs. It is clear from your last response that, unfortunately, you are so brazen that you try to give an answer that seems logical and justified.
So in this message, I will try to expose you in a way that you won’t be able to respond and cover up your mistake! and trample on the rights of traders and cause them financial harm.

In your last response, you admitted that you may receive swap for trades that are even closed on the same day. This admission and unusual behavior alone are sufficient to prove the invalidity of your broker.

I have talked to you for months that even if my trade had been open for several days instead of the 25 minutes it was open, it should have only included a few dollars in swap. But do you accept the truth?

Finally, to prove my point, I traded the same currency again and kept it open for a few days to force you understand that you must received several dollars in swap, not $400!
After months of forcing you to realize that a mistake had occurred with the logic that the money did not go into your pocket and that LP took it, you did not compensate for my loss, so you are irresponsible

If someone registers with your broker and deposits $1000, and suddenly $400 is deducted from their account, and you tell them that since the money didn’t go into your pocket and LP took it, you won’t refund the money, on what basis should they not think that you are a thief and a fraud?

Am I in a contractual relationship with LP? Even if your broker has an LP, my contractual relationship is with you, and you are responsible for any issues that occur with the client’s money. Yet, for months, you have been evading the truth as much as you can

I'm so impressed with STP Trading position execution. The moment I take the trade, it opens. However, their spreads on gold isn't what I like, I try to trade major fx pairs with them like fiber.

Stay away from these scammers, you will never see your money.

The company is refusing to withdraw my deposit. Although it is marked as 'paid,' I have not received any money. Additionally, I am not getting any meaningful response from the company representative; the only reply I receive is 'send an email.

واریز و برداشت در حدود 10 درصد هست
یعنی اگر شما 1000 دلار با قیمت 60 هزار تومان واریز کنید و 10 درصد سود بگیرید و بخواهید 1100دلار خود را برداشت کنید، باز هم همان مقدار ریالی که واریز کردید به حسابتان بر می گردد
یعنی انگار که هیچ سودی نگرفتید
