I regret buying a TV unit from…

I regret buying a TV unit from Exclusivia. The product quality is poor and does not match the images shown on the website. It feels misleading. Customer service responses are not to slow, but the investigation process has taken far too long without a proper resolution. Very frustrating experience.

Joke of a company

Joke of a company. Delivery time frame when ordered was 4-5 weeks. When followed up after the deadline, they said because of Chinese new year there is a delay and should be expected by the end of the month (extended to 8 weeks). First of all, as a company you should take public holidays into account, there should be no circumstance where CNY would cause a one month delay and double the lead time. Then by the new deadline, they said it will be until the middle of the next month because of tensions in the Middle East LOL it’s a shipment between Asia and Australia, the Middle East is on the other side of the world and by your logic the shipment should have been despatched from weeks ago so should be well on its way that it shouldn’t be affected by this (extended to 10 weeks delay). The next excuse I was expecting was that there dog died or they had a tummy ache. Honestly was coming up with any excuse instead of accountability or any form of tracking number. Finally, they had sent a follow up saying they had ‘lost’ the package, but of course it’s not there fault it’s their third party courier. It’s a 100kg box how are you losing it? They had offered a refund which took a week to come through, however don’t even bother wasting your time. Each response takes a few days to come through and they will come up with a new excuse each time. Looks like many people have the same experience. All I can say is, what are they doing with my money in the time it took for me to place my order and the 2.5 months they spent not sending my delivery? Seems very suspicious.

Still no item after 3+ months. Fake tracking. Avoid.


I ordered a Solvra Mid-Century Tambour Door TV Stand (AUD $1,308) on 1 January 2026, with an estimated delivery of 22 January – 5 February.

It is now April and I still have not received my order.

The customer service experience has been appalling throughout:

• I had to follow up repeatedly over weeks just to get basic updates, and was met with automated "we'll be right with you" responses each time.
• I was asked for my order number multiple times across different conversations, despite having already provided it.
• Promises of callbacks and updates within 24 hours were repeatedly broken — on multiple occasions.
• I was eventually offered $50, then an additional $100 in "goodwill" compensation, but the item has still never arrived.
• A Cainiao tracking number was provided, but when checked directly on the Cainiao website it shows zero tracking information — "No tracking updates yet." The company's explanation was that tracking only appears once it reaches a local distribution centre, which, 3+ months after ordering, is not credible.
• When I demanded a cancellation and refund, I was ignored or given further vague promises of updates.

This has all the hallmarks of a company that either cannot fulfil orders or is deliberately stringing customers along.

Do not order from Exclusivia.

Considering raising a chargeback

Considering raising chargeback for non delivery of goods because it's been three months and the can't provide a tracking number.

Claimed it was from their new line but then there was "reviews" from June 2025.

At the moment if been in "customs" for 1 months.

**Update:** Have since provided a tracking number but delivery times are still well past 5-6 weeks. Will update as delivery continues.

Claimed shipped, fake tracking provided

Update - The template with there generic original excuse for the delay and fake tracking:

Hi () we would like to update you on the progress on your order. We sincerely apologise for the delay and truly appreciate your patience. Your order has now been shipped and is currently in transit. The estimated arrival is around the first week of April, though it may arrive earlier depending on customs clearance and local logistics processing. 

As this coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday period, some of our Hong Kong factory staff were away on holiday. Following the holiday, there has been a significant surge in shipments across the region as factories and suppliers resumed operations at the same time. This has resulted in congestion at export facilities, customs checkpoints, and freight networks, leading to extended delivery times industry wide.

Please rest assured that this situation is seasonal and your order is already on its way. Under normal circumstances, our delivery timeline remains within 4–6 weeks. To make up for the inconvenience caused, we would like to offer a $50 compensation refunded back to your original payment method.

I placed an order for an Auro Sintered Stone Fluted TV Console / Ivory / 240cm on 17 February 2026 and paid $1,299.99.

After taking payment, the company failed to deliver the item. I followed up for updates and was later told that the order had been shipped. I was then provided with a tracking number, however the tracking appeared to be fake or invalid and did not lead to any genuine delivery progress for my order.

At no point did I receive the product. From my perspective, this made the whole experience even more concerning, because it gave the impression that shipment information was being used to delay or avoid properly resolving the issue.

For a purchase of this value, the communication and lack of transparency were completely unacceptable. I have now had to escalate the matter further.

Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to be very careful before ordering from this business and to use a payment method with buyer protection.

NO COMMUNICATION AND NO PAID ORDER RECIEVED.

Ordered a bed back on January 3rd.
Got an email confirming color etc.
Been trying to contact the company after the promissed arrival time mid February was missed.
Sent maybe 8 emails and whatsapp messages and heard nothing.
Paid already back on Jan 5th.
Lack of communication makes me feel I have been scammed.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. The quality of products is horrible. We brought a kitchen island. Paid for installation 2 days post delivery. This never happened.

We could not get them to respond to our queries to give us the instructions or arrange a refund.

Ordered a bar cabinet in early January…

UPDATE 17/4/26: Owen reached out multiple times from Exclusivia to offer me an additional $50 compensation for the inconvenience and also asked that if I'm comfortable to take this review down.

I accepted the $50 and it was received. This review shall remain with this factual update.

UPDATE 26/2/26: After showing them this review and lodging the chargeback, they agreed to refund out of goodwill and claim that the item has actually shipped.

Will update again if the item shows up.

Ordered a bar cabinet in early January with an estimated arrival date of 11th February. That came and went. Never replied to any emails and got sporadic responses via their whatsapp.

Gave me a $50 refund for the wait and a promise of it ready to ship in a week.

That also came and went. Only response I've received so far is 'we'll check with the team' then nothing.

Atrocious business, atrocious service, scammy, scummy, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Save yourself the hassle and walk away.

Will be requesting a chargeback for non delivery of goods.

Very disappointed

Disappointed would sum up my experience. I ordered what I thought would be a simple shoe cabinet for delivery to rural Australia. It took weeks to arrive and I had to chase them on it. Then it arrived in 3 different pallets with the packaging barely intact. The delivery company left me a terse message that they wouldn't deliver to my door so I had to make 2 trips to pick it up from their drop off point. Once I got it home I open it to assemble only to find that there are no instructions. After weeks online and talking to the company it turns out that they don't have any instructions for this model. Seriously. So I got some vague guide on how to put together another model and zero instructions on how to connect the doors. I've lost hours of my life assembling it and one door won't close, but I've got too much invested to not use it. I won't be shopping with this company again.

Tried to order a couch

Tried to order a couch - website states free shipping however when I went to add it to my cart the price changed based on location. Was advised by company the change in price was due to logistics costs - which is shipping costs in other words. Advertising as free world wide shipping and then changing the price of the item based on Location is misleading and deceptive. Would not consider them to be reputable based on this practise.

Exclusivia superior support

I bought new furniture from Exclusivia and a couple of other furniture brands. I must say, Exclusivia's service, communication, and delivery were the best I've seen. Everything went well from the beginning to the end and they kept me updated on my order status. The drivers called when they were nearby, and they showed up right on time in my delivery window. They were nice, quick, and they built the Venn chairs and console fast and put them where I wanted. Overall, it was a smooth experience. I would not wish for better service and would recommend Exclusivia to anyone.

Shoe cabinet online sale never received delivery details

I've ordered a shoe cabinet online thinking that this is a legit company that aggressively is advertising sales and I decided to take the opportunity to give this company a go. After snagging me in and paying for the cabinet, they have never been clear about when they would deliver or give me any real details that they are actually sending my cabinet to me. They look like professionals in the furniture industry but have not proven that they are serious business people who have not followed through. I am still unclear about receiving my paid cabinet and ongoing messages are replied with more sales ads. Exclusivia, are you sending my my cabinet???

Despicable dirty act to avoid responsibility

Company has despicable act of blocking accounts that leave bad reviews on their IG and facebook page. Previously claim to have provided refund for their wrong order (after a month delay with no courtesy of informing customer) but no money received till date. Again, avoid answering questions and avoiding responsibility.

Worst furniture shop ever

Worst furniture shop ever. Non realiable and not trustable in many ways.

1) Delay manufacture & shipping with no status update to customer
2) Have to reach out to get update/status of my items
3) Long waiting time for reply and occasional no-respond despite whatsapp automated message stating 2 hours for human respond.
4) No contact from delivery and installation team upon item arriving and passed through SG custom - again have to chase Exclusivia and ask for contact of company so I can reach out to expedite my delivery (at this point, my items has already been delayed 2 weeks past the date they stated on website during my purchase)
5) Company caused huge degree of inconvenience to my family as we have to postpone our move-in date and house warming date.
6) When items finally arrived, my dining table, 750mm turn out to be 450mm, the height for child's table instead.
7) Also screwed up on installation - Exclusivia said many times delivery & installation will be done same day but deliver man came and said they have no tools for doing installation (although invoice stated in chinese inclusive on installation)
8) Reach out again to refund my dining table as it has wasted plenty of my time and being delivered wrongly - after back & forth and reasoning, aftersales person Simon said will proceed with refund. 4 days in now but have not heard back from them, yet again.

Hope this terrible experience teach alot others out there so other dont have to pay to learn a lesson like myself.
