Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to clarify for you and for other traders reading this: our 2% per trade margin rule means that the margin used to open a position must be under 2% of your margin — not the percentage risk based on a stop loss.

We understand that trading rules can sometimes be interpreted differently, which is why we always encourage traders to review them carefully before and during trading. This rule is in place to protect traders, ensure fair competition, and maintain the long-term sustainability of our funded accounts. It’s clearly stated on our website, in our Terms & Conditions and applied equally to everyone.

In your case, several trades exceeded this 2% margin threshold at entry, which unfortunately is a direct breach of the rule. While we understand this may be frustrating, these limits are what allow us to continue offering payouts and opportunities to traders worldwide.

Your current Live account is still active, you can continue trading while adhering to the rules of the platform, and we’ve provided you with a discount code as a gesture of goodwill. We remain committed to a transparent, fair, and sustainable trading environment for all our traders.

The initial fee you mentioned is not a deposit, but rather an administrative and infrastructure cost that covers data feeds, platforms, and operational support throughout your challenge. This helps us keep the platform sustainable and fair for all traders, which is standard practice in prop trading.

Providing capital upfront to everyone without an evaluation process would involve significant risk, especially in a highly volatile market. Our approach ensures that when traders pass the challenge, they receive real trading capital without having to invest personal funds.

Besides that, the fee is refunded after the trader passes the challenge.
