NO EASY RETURNS ON SHOES
This company falsely advertises they have an easy 30-day return policy - NOT TRUE! If your order is more than 14 days old, (from the date of order) they do NOT accept returns. PLUS they make you pay return shipping with no guarantee that you will get a full refund so you're immediately out of pocket for the return of the shoes. Plus, their shoes are not true to size, which was my reason for returning. NO repeat business from me.

Antwoord van Barebarics
Dear Jacquelyn,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the misunderstanding.
There seems to have been a mix-up regarding return policies. For orders placed within the EU, the return period is 14 days from the date of delivery, not from the date of placing the order. This information is stated in our terms and conditions, but we understand how easily it can be overlooked.
Since November, we have also launched our new US website — belenka.shop — where the return window is 30 days from delivery, tailored specifically for customers in the United States.
Your order is still eligible for return, and we have already emailed you regarding the next steps. Please reply to our messages so we can resolve everything smoothly — we really want to help you get this sorted as quickly as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Barebarics Team
