Dobrze wykonane i ciepłe.

Incredibly complicated to return
Barebarics is Belenka with a new name.
The boots were too small, and the company’s return policy is incredibly complicated and EXPENSIVE. Returning a pair of boots to Slovakia costs 40 euros.
I can’t recommend them.

Dear Tanja,
Thank you for sharing your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear about your experience.
Just to clarify: Be Lenka and Barebarics belong to the same company, but they are two different product lines with different design approaches.
Regarding returns: all details about the return process and costs are clearly stated on our website and in the Terms & Conditions before completing an order. Every order, regardless of the country, is returned to Slovakia, as this is where our warehouse and returns center are located. Return prices can therefore vary depending on the carrier chosen by the customer.
If you ever decide to give us another chance, our customer support team will gladly assist you with sizing and model selection to help ensure a better fit.
Best regards,
Barebarics Team
Tolle Schuhe

UrbanEdge - All Black

Hello,
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry that the pair with the black sole caused discomfort. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have a pair that do not suit you, especially since this is a popular winter model among our customers.
We greatly appreciate you letting us know about the difference you noticed between the two pairs. Your feedback helps us to make better products in the future.
If there’s anything else we can assist with, we’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
Barebarics Team
Gut gefüttert
Top design, gutes Innenfutter. Sehr warm. Zehenbox ist ausreichend groß für mich. Sohle könnte flexibler werden
