Dear Michel,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re truly sorry to hear that the size didn’t fit and that the return process left you disappointed.
We’d like to gently clarify that all information regarding returns, including return options and possible costs, is available before purchase on our website and in our terms and conditions, so customers can make an informed decision in advance.
At the same time, we’d like to point out that from several countries we offer an organized return service, where the return cost is only €3–4, either via a drop-off point or courier pickup. These options are also clearly described on our website. If a customer chooses their own carrier instead, the return costs are then fully determined by the selected shipping provider.
We’re sorry that this wasn’t the experience you were hoping for, and we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us communicate these options more clearly in the future.
Best regards,
Barebarics Team

Hochwertige Schuhe die passen
Sehr gute Material- und Verarbeitungsqualität. Dazu made in Europe.

Dear Jaime,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our model didn’t meet your expectations. It was designed for a bold style with a natural, anatomical shape to support foot comfort, but we fully understand that barefoot preferences are very individual and what works well for one person may not suit another. We appreciate you sharing your honest experience.
Best regards,
Barebarics Team
