Customer service tech did more than answer my questions, he sent links that I could use rather than have to search the website. AND my filter was shipped immediately.

I had questions about some of the items and the company was extremely prompt on answering the questions and assisting in order placement.

i love my spa and was a great price. everyone was excellent and i also took the tour but now i have a issue and its been hell to get customer service to respond now after getting customer service i was told a second party would contact me to come out 4 weeks later no one we need a better after purchase contact

I ordered and received neck cushions for my hot tub, they shipped and arrived quickly. Thank you for the great service.

Delivery people were not careful. The spa was going on a deck, so it had to be taken through the house. They drug it across our recently refinished hardwood floors and left deep scratches in the wood.
The spa seems to be leaking. It loses about an inch of water per week The lower deck is constantly wet from the dripping water. It is a nice spa, but I'm not sure it is worth the money.

My order was handle very well. Shipped and delivered quickly. I sent an email to customer service about how to remove the old headrest so we would know when the new one was delivered how to switch them out. My email was answered the next day and we had no issues making the switch. Happy with the new headrest.

Products were easy to view and order. The order was received in a timely manner.

Delivery was right on time… boys knew just what was going on and absolutely knew how to back the trailer up in a bad spot…. Spa was in excellent condition and they did just as I asked with placement… we’ve had since September and not a single issue… very Happy

I ORDERED A NEW HEAD REST CUSHION AND IT CAME VERY QUICKLY! HOWEVER, THE SHIPPING COST IS HIGHER THAN I EXPECTED IT TO BE. THE PRODUCT FIT AND WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED.

The headrest that was delivered is defective. I emailed to request a replacement and have not received a response. You’re customer service is awful.

I ordered new headrest and they can in very quick. They accessories people were very kind on the ohone.

Filters were not packed well at all and probably received damage from bottles of shock and others products banging into it during shipping. Glad those packing peanuts were gone from shipping but little to no packing protection from damage during shipment.

The company has a quick pack and ship. Item was delivered within 3 days.

Well my spa is leaking and less than a year old. I contacted customer service 6 days ago and even paid the $150.00 service fee and have yet to be contacted again by anyone at to repair spa. This is not very good way to retain customers.
