Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a sofa from this company less than a year ago, and it is already torn and falling apart. The quality of the materials is shockingly cheap, and it is clear that durability was never a priority. You expect furniture to last for years, not months.
What makes this even worse is their complete lack of responsibility. Instead of standing by their warranty and fixing the problem, they have tried to dodge accountability and make excuses. It feels like once they have your money, they simply do not care about the customer anymore.
Their customer service has been horrible from start to finish— dismissive, and unwilling to help. I have never felt so ignored and disrespected as a customer.
I would strongly warn others to stay away from this company. Poor workmanship, cheap materials, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Save yourself the stress and spend your money elsewhere.

We ordered a small sofa bed from this company and our customer experience was excellent.
We were kept informed of dispatch and delivery timescales and received a 2 hour time window from Arrow XL on the day of delivery. We tracked the progress of the delivery and the team called us about 30 mins before arrival. They were polite and efficient, we were quite impressed.
The sofa itself is amazing, just the right size for our room, and in our opinion of excellent quality.
I would definitely shop here again in future and would recommend others to check out the website.

The customer service is excellent and…
The customer service is excellent and so is the product. Speed of delivery from ordering to delivery was within a week. Any other furniture suppliers can take 12 weeks or longer.
The only slight annoyance was at delivery when the XL delivery men wouldn't remove the sofa from it's box to access the door and left it in my garage.
