Very easy and efficient service from initial ordering through to actual delivery . Communication on order progress was great. The Kansas (grey) sofa is what I expected and more . Excellent quality. Colour exactly the same as sample before purchase . I will definitely be ordering from this company again. The delivery guys were great , very friendly and obviously super experienced at delivering large furniture , quick & efficient.

ordered 2 dining chairs and one got delivered when it was supposed to but the other was returned to sender due to a fault with parcel force i contacted the company and they sent me another chair next day delivery even though the chair not being delivered was no fault of there own. chairs are exactly as advertised and would definitely use this company again

The self assembly needed me to get a small socket wrench as the space for the main assemble screws was quite awkward to get to

Information was good throughout and the goods arrived in top condition .
Delivery was not the fastest but that was down to couriers!

Pleased with the furniture I had and also the delivery.

Decent quality product,hudson table and chairs, only downside i didnt realise they were flatpacked,my fault i guess not reading everything in the add.
Great communication from ordering ro delivery .
The two guys that delivered the goods were pleasant and helfull.
