Good value for money on a medium range table and chairs,,flat packed but went together very easily with minimum of DIY work, delivered within 5 days of ordering,would use same company again if we required any more furniture,,

Delivery people., professional, polite and streets ahead of other furniture company delivery folk.
Customer service post delivery because I foolishly attached a piece at the wrong end and rung in a panic , the young man was outstanding and problem solved in under 10 minutes . He put me at my ease , knew the product and made the finish line even better than expected. He is a credit to the company.
Now regarding the item we purchased, fits beautifully into our farmhouse kitchen. We are always sitting down and putting our feet up and dog now also wants to join us after12 years of being content on his own posh bed. Great quality for the price. We will be back. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a table and chairs from this company around 9 months ago.

Came looking very cheap quality thin mdf with a plastic marble effect wrap on it

Set was around £1000 which isn’t cheap so expected better, chairs wobbly already and the laminate has lifted on the corner to table and caught on someone’s jumper and ripped the laminate off the table revealing how badly made it really is

Contacted them and was told it isn’t a manufacturing issue and it was caused ourselves..

Granted the jumper caught it but had the laminate not been lifting it would have never caught a jumper

If you want good quality furniture DO NOT buy from here

I have pictures of the terrible quality underneath the wrap and honestly at £1000ish it’s a rip off at best

Update!!! Had the laminate not lifted (manufacturing fault) then no item of clothing would have caught on it and tore it!! Honestly if you want to pay good money for cheap furniture this company is the one for you!!!

You can refuse liability all you like. I’ve ordered a new good quality table from elsewhere I just want everyone to know the terrible quality of your items and hopefully this is enough to save someone else £1000 to have to replace 9 months later

Terrible customer service and terrible quality products

I had already purchased a dining table with Perth chairs months ago of which I was very pleased with and decided to order another two chairs. So easy to assemble, very comfortable and look great. The ease of ordering online is second to none and the delivery service is excellent. 👌🏻

The 3 seater and 2 seater in white leather is absolutely stunning, it’s even more gorgeous than the pictures show. I would recommend to anybody wanting a new modern stylish sofa that you won’t be disappointed

Assembling and assembling instructions are probably the worst I have come across, elderly people and anyone living alone would struggle with assembling. The colour is already coming off the chairs. Quality is poor and not worth the price. Communication around trying to get replacement parts could be better.

The dining table so far looks decent but again assembling without good alignment between the holes and the pieces is what ruins it.

I appreciated the refund in the end.

The order process was so easy and the chair was easy to assemble and excellent quality. The delivery service was quick with regular correspondence, highly recommended this company.

Totally delighted with our sofas. Ordering was simple. Delivery was on time with excellent communication and pleasant delivery people. The sofa is of excellent quality, actually much better than we expected for the price. The colour looks the same as on line and the fabric feels very good quality. The seating is firm and the back cushions slightly softer but supportive. Delighted to find all the cushions are removable so will be able to rotate them. We only had to attach the legs and this was really straightforward and the tool was supplied.
