Purchased a table off this company over a year ago. When we purchased from furniture & choice we decided to spend more in the hope the table quality would last for the foreseeable. We spent just shy of £1000 which is a whole lot of money for ourselves. For that sort of money you wouldn't expect a table to be so badly made. Upon receiving it I wasn't particularly happy with said quality but at the time I had bigger things in life that required my attention as my wife was undergoing treatment for cancer. The table itself is lovely design but unfortunately the laminate on the table was lumpy. After only few months it was wearing through the little bumps exposing white bits which is presumably the coating underneath the laminate. Once my wife was coming out the other side of chemo treatment we got in contact with Gill from the customer service team. Who sent out a "specialist" who agreed it was pretty bad but even said "they'll argue it's wear and tear" which ironically they did. Considering we are customers Gill was rude, and made us jump through hoop after hoop. I then got a local laminate specialist to look and they agreed that it wasn't wear and tear and due to how the laminate was applied. He then asked us to find out some of the specifications of the laminate used from furniture & choice which they failed to supply. The amount of back and forth that we had to do was ridiculous even though we contacted before the warranty was up. We are now left with a shoddy table that cost us a lot of money and sour taste in our mouths. After everything it was last thing we needed. Never will we be buying anything from this company again.

Excellent products, very friendly and prompt delivery.

We spotted what we were looking for toreplace four tired dining chairs on the website and at a great price so ordered them there and then. They were delivered next day which was brilliant and meant we were sitting on more comfortable chairs. Speaking of which, they were easy to put together once you worked out the bolts bit and as mentioned are very , very comfortable. And a bonus they matched our dining table a treat. I would certainly recommend Furniture and choice if you're looking to replace furniture.

Table and two of four chairs all good, two chairs seats are curved where they shouldn't be so do not fit properly when screwed on so keep coming lose. Update: contacted by F & C and have been sent a new set of chair seats based solely on this review so can't fault them for that.

Excellent experience from ordering to delivery. Received up to date delivery tracking and arrived on the correct date and time.
Furniture seems good so far, only had the settee set up for one day but it arrived well packed and looks amazing so fingers crossed all the cushions stay in shape, but at this moment I would recommend

I purchased a Baltimore Corner Sofa, Slate Grey Classic Plush Fabric. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend. It's a firm but comfortable sofa.
