Customer service was very good. Furniture not so good chairs wrinkling and bottom of chairs and table legs very flimsy. I will need to purchase pads to protect my oak floor. Black marks on the table legs. Amanda was very good. Company gave £90 but I am left with ugly marks visible through the glass. The furniture is not good quality and I would not buy from this company again.

The ordering and delivery were very straightforward. We enjoyed putting it all together. Two oldens!! The instructions were clear. Just the cushion bit was a bit of a struggle. Best to have an electric screw driver. Very pleased with how it all looks. The seats are nice and light but comfortable. And the price was reasonable. Very satisfied.

Delivery was on time as advised. The table and chairs were easy to assemble. Clear instructions. I’m delighted with them. They look just as I thought from the picture. Would definitely order from this company again.

I didn’t know this company before ordering online and I’m so glad I took a chance. I’ve got a dining table that is stunning, amazing quality, beautiful design and looks much more expensive. I would definitely buy from them again. The company hasn’t been spamming me with emails after my purchase was completed so that’s a big plus.

Looking forward to receiving my table and chairs from furniture&choice I waited in all day I was following delivery progress online only to see they were delivering near prescot which is only about 20 minutes from my address mine was the next delivery only to see them returning to Manchester without delivering. I phoned furniture & choice I spoke to a woman she couldn't explain why my order wasn't delivered or when it would be delivered I asked for her name she didn't tell me so I cancelled the order I did get a full refund quickly

I placed my order, after receiving my fabric samples & was kept upto date as to when my sofas would arrive, I now have them & they look very nice & modern. 😀

This table is solid, very good quality and colour with the bonus it extends to seat more people. Would recommend.
The Assembly Instructions went from page 5 to page 8. Luckily my son, a joiner, knew how to build the table.

Fast delivery & very good quality chairs will buy again

I was kept upto date about item comming into stock and delivery .Good communication and prompt delivery. Table was packaged well and easy to put together. Fab quality ,looks lovely in my new kitchen .

Quality of the chairs that I purchased is really good. Swatches sent first as requested. Fast delivery and arrived when stated. Well packed with lots of protection around each chair. Excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend this company.
