Sadie was interested in the toys and she liked all the treats.

I don't have any constructive criticism. I think you do a great job! I have a subscription for my dog, Seven and one for my grandson dog, Ashley, that gets delivered to his house. Both dogs sniff out their deliveries and love their special treats!

While it is zero fault of Bark, my box doesnt last long due my "Super Chewer" dog. The toys just arent strong enough to withstand his abuse BUT it was a super cute box. I highly reccomend bark to any and every pet owner.

We have a pitbull and she loves to chew on toys! Most of their toys are very durable and if you get one that isn't they will replace it for free. My pup LOVES getting new toys every month!

Great experience throughout the years. Two dogs one grew out of toys the other loves the snacks. So after seven years it’s still working out strong most importantly it giving my dogs something they deserve for all the happiness they have brought into my life!

You accommodated my request to have all nylon for my dogs!!!

Bark box sent a survey to me asking about our dog’s preferences. When I expressed that he didn’t like the sweeter treats as much as he does the savory, meaty ones, and that we steer clear of the hard plastic toys, they immediately sent replacements for what he had just received. I did not expect that. He loves his bark boxes - he gets SO excited. I just assumed they would send what he prefers in the next box, but nope. They went above and beyond to ensure that he enjoyed his most recent gifts.

Bark always has excellent customer service. If I ever have a problem they fix it immediately. My Boy loves his bark box so they’re doing great.

Between the super chewer toys and great variety of treats my dogs couldn’t be happier. They literally know the bag as soon as I bring it in the door and wait impatiently for me to unpack all their goodies!

Our Lord Thor and Sweet Lady Grace are very happy with the new toys and treats! Keeping them happy is very important to us because they give us so much and don't ask for anything in return.

I’ve been a longtime subscriber to BarkBox and there are multiple reasons why: Their toys and treats are amazing. Toys are durable and adorable - you can’t ask for much more than that. The treats are a nice assortment each month of high quality ingredients, and forms (jerky vs crunchy) and flavors (ranges from cheese, beef, turkey, chicken, lamb, salmon etc!). My boys have loved every bag! Finally and perhaps as equally as important as the product, BarkBox has amazing customer service. Any time (and it’s rare!) I’ve had an issue their customer service has replied promptly and resolved the matter quickly, often going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I’m happy to support a company that creates great products and cares for its customers and I’m glad to see BBs growth into retails stores as well. Highly recommend!
