Octopus was perfect

Our subscriptions are typically billed on the 1st of the month and then sent to our warehouse for processing. Boxes are shipped in batches, and once they're handed off to our shipping partners, a tracking email is sent so you can follow their journey. Our goal is for monthly boxes to arrive by the end of the month.

Nose Bmps and Zoomies
Pup loves the toys that he can squeak by nose bumping and diggng at wih his paws. Loves to zoomie around. Toys are great for finding treats in them!
Not so fond of the Salmon treats but loves the rest of them!

Customer service and subscriptions…
Customer service and subscriptions good. However, some of the large aggressive chewer toys received were questionable and honestly for lack of better words looked like sexual products (dildos and other sexual toys). I know one was meant to look like a gnome, but honesty I can't leave it laying around the house as people think I left sex toys out and my dog got to it. Id like the toys to be cute and made for aggressive chewers and not left to ones perverted imagination. Other than that...my dogs recognize the box every month and go crazy when they see it. Its a great product and service, just needs some refinement.

Jack loved every toy
Jack loved every toy. They are incredibly durable and adorable. As I took them each out of the bag he grabbed them and ran them to his bed, then came back for more once he had them all he spent the rest of the evening cuddled up in his bed playing with his new toys. Jack is a full grown Labrador whose mission in life is to destroy every toy, he encounters, these toys, have the ability to withstand is tenacious jaws.
